The food here is never made right they always put minimal effort into it they don’t even put the right ingredients or the right amount if I’m paying 5$ for some loaded fries I’m expecting it to be made right with the right ingredients they put tomatoes not PICO and on top of that they had less than the regular portion of fries in there and the meat tasted old and looked disgusting … as for my burrito it’s like they’re making these 6$ burritos smaller and smaller each time it’s ridiculous the 2$ burritos come with more rice and meat in it than a 6$ burrito. What are they doing ? Eating the food for free in there and then just under making actual paying customers food to make up for the food loss or something in the store ? Please get it together. And get your freshness in check and train your employees the correct ingredients that go in items!

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. The food used to be really good at this location, always came out hot and was delicious. For some reason over the past few months, they’ve really been off their A game. Food usually comes out lukewarm, customized orders aren’t even made and are given plain.
The customer service is.. definitely odd. You’ll either have a nice employee, or one who’s not mentally here. It’s been more than once I’ve come through the parking lot to see a couple employees smoking weed.
ON TOP OF THAT. My food was completely soggy and soaked and they told me to wait for 10 minutes just for food that looks like it was made last night. The other day I Just wanted some warm food late at night and they weren’t open, even though it says they’re open til 2am.. just wish this specific location was back on their feet.

Taco Bell is exactly what you expect Taco Bell to be. It’s the kind of food you love to eat but hate yourself for it lol. You only live once, eat the tacos and drink the unnaturally weird blue green beverages. It hits best late at night and when someone else is driving you there.

Poor customer service. Employee has his underwear showing cause he won’t pull his pants up. When u order Xtra meat u don’t get it. It’s dirty floor. This was my all time favorite restaurant, I will not be coming back to the chillicothe store on bridge st again.

I waited at the front counter for my order to be taken from 6:16 to 6:42 in the evening. 26 minutes. At 6:25 the woman who was telling the others what to do, said to me from the back that they would be a second, to use the kiosk.
They were sending order after order, non stop, through the drive thru.
People would come in behind me and then leave. There is no care for the customer, no care for the loss of revenue due to lack of service. And my son had to fight to get someone to acknowledge him to get the cup of cheese they forgot, only to be told he had to pay .60 some cents for it even though they forgot to put it in our order, period.
So…lose multiple orders from lost customers that quickly adds or but make sure we charge. 60 some cents for a cup of cheese.
There is currently a customer up front waiting, now that I’m finally sitting and eating, telling the workers about more customers that just walked out, and he himself has been waiting for a while and has kids in the car, hungry.
Absolute worst customer service ive ever experienced.

walked in to pick up my order, got an attitude from the cashier asking if I wanted to order, explained it was just a pickup, then they say the did receive my online order, asked me no less than 3 times if I was at the right taco bell after showing them the pickup address for their store and a receipt for the order and the charge on my bank account. After repeating myself several times finally decided to just put the order in again and pay again, I’ll cancel the charge at my bank, got the order, then got home, yes they even messed that up, The worst part is that this happened to me 2 times in less than 5 days. Complete incompetent staff with terrible service.
