A bit of a hidden gem for sightseeing enthusiasts, this spot feels largely overlooked—likely due to minimal marketing rather than a lack of merit.
Highlights:
The standout feature is the view. Located directly on Lake Michigan, the setting is truly impressive and worth savoring—waves included. The food is solid, particularly at breakfast, which is the main reason we visit. While we haven’t sampled the entire menu, the breakfast selection is varied, and both the pancakes and the classic traditional breakfast are standouts. The pancakes, in particular, had excellent texture.
Service deserves special mention: friendly, attentive, and efficient (thank you, Laura). The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. While the interior could benefit from a refresh, it maintains a charming rustic character.

Visiting out of the area and came across this restaurant. Really enjoyed the view of Lake Michigan. The food was good, but felt like the portion size for the meatloaf could have been bigger. The food was still good and filling. The service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere felt fancy, but you can still dine in causal attire. This is a unique and neat place to visit if you are in the area.

Since we’re staying here we decided to have breakfast this morning and dinner tonight. Both experiences were great and you can’t beat the views of Lake Michigan. The decor and ambience is cozy nautical and the food was good. Our waitresses this morning and this evening were both polite and fast. I think both times we had our food within 15 minutes.

An absolute GEM of an establishment. I just moved here to Two Rivers and this is by far my favorite place to go. I’ve been here three times already for three different occasions; breakfast, dinner and to enjoy a beer at the bar. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced, highly recommend the sunrise burrito. Delicious on all accounts. The haddock dinner I had was great too. I absolutely love the bar, and I don’t even drink all that much. The views of the lake are so relaxing even in the winter time, and the vibes here are so chill and calm. It’s just a tranquilizing, peaceful, relaxing time here at Waters Edge. I love how the decor is old and nautical themed. It’s like walking back in time. The bartenders and servers are amazing too, especially Mary I think her name was. I can’t wait to continue to visit here! Don’t even get me started on the views, you won’t find anything else like this anywhere in Wisconsin except here!

I can’t give it five stars because the food didn’t feel fresh. The shrimp were overcooked, the pasta was greasy, and the burger was frozen. It’s got a great location and views, but the food quality needs work. The service was good, but slow, so they need to improve that. The place is great, but it needs more.

There was a little snafu with our reservation but staff went above and beyond with apologies but it all worked out fine. Great Thanksgiving meal at a reasonable price. Had been there once before in late Spring and the regular menu and all was solid five stars. Considering the last visit was on a holiday and one of the few places open my overall rating is 4.75 stars!! Definitely a place to eat when in the area!

I was very disappointed in our breakfast. Eggs looked and tasted funny, biscuits and gravy were bland. Would not recommend. Atmosphere and view were terrific. I would probably go back but only for a drink in the bar and skip the food.
