I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time and have even placed catering orders because the food is truly excellent. However, the customer service has become a consistent issue.
First, whenever I order takeout, I’m met with attitude or “looks” just for asking for extra sauce
even though they only provide one small cup per pupusa. It makes me feel like a burden for wanting to enjoy the meal properly.
Second, my wife and I arrived 15 minutes before their posted 9:00 PM closing time recently and were essentially denied service. While I understand the staff wants to get home, a
business should honor its hours. I asked for a Pupusa Loca and was told it couldn’t be done and to “call ahead next time.” As a business owner myself, I was disappointed that no alternative or simpler dish was offered to keep a regular customer happy.
I love the flavors here, but the service needs to match the quality of the kitchen if they want to keep their regulars coming back

Amazing place, very traditional, every dish We tasted home made, this is a must try.
Gallina guisada is delicious, pupusas are fresh, quality cheese, good portions and flavorful, curtido a little spicy but not overwhelming, just the right kick. Tamal de pollo was a delight.
Customer service was great. Clean place, good music and TV. Plenty of parking.

The owner prepares everything handmade right when you order it! The prices are low for such high quality food. I noticed a lot of people called ahead to order to go but I enjoy eating there. The pork & cheese, also chicken & cheese pupusas are fantastic! The owner was helpful & her husband is always nice. The menu, which is laid out well. Clean restroom, authentic decor, nice variety of drinks. Music is at a high volume. Yummy spicy curtido and the red sauce is just right, with good spices. So far I have brought two new friends to this place and I will keep bringing more here. I’m excited to have an authentic El Salvadorian restaurant in Fullerton!

Happened by this little spot and delighted by their menu. Food was great and essence of tradition. Service was a little off and part of our order was missed but still all in a great place to eat.

Food, service and people are excellent. But will only do take out from now on. Music is very loud and the music videos are extremely sensual and should not be allowed to play while eating especially when children are present. This is not family friendly. I have been to numerous restaurants throughout my life and have never seen these videos playing while enjoying a meal. I was there and people were whispering how bad the videos were. I gave this one star because the experience was so bad we could not enjoy our meal.
