If you’re craving real flavor, these tacos de deshebrada definitely hit the spot. The tortillas are warm and fresh, the meat was perfectly seasoned, and the toppings were just right — not too heavy, not too little. You can really taste that everything’s made with care. The salsa added the perfect kick without overpowering the flavor and jalapen̈os add the kick. Whether you grab a quick bite or sit down for a meal, these tacos never disappoint.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for that authentic, juicy, mouthwatering taco experience!

Place looks big, big enough to hold 35 people. The waitress (Teresa) was very kind and took good care of us. Tacos was tasty and hit just the spot. The only bad thing I have to say is, I should’ve came on Tuesday for their Taco Tuesday and Thursday Special $1 dollar for tacos.

Very good place. the torta was delicious and the service here was really good, props to the waiter Lizabeth, served us well. The tacos here are pretty good albeit a bit oily but you can ask for less oil. I’d recommend this place if you come down here to visit Brownsville.

We went off of these reviews and boy were they wrong! So this place is recommended for these outstanding tacos? We ordered 24 tacos @ $1.35 each and if you have ever seen a clown car with 20 clowns getting out then you can imagine what 24 tacos in a brown paper sack looked like to us. The tacos were the most greasiest, smallest, almost no meat tacos I’ve ever had (just look at the pictures). My husband also tried to surprise me with chips and salsa and the laugh at what they gave him was awesome until we ate the saddest tacos ever ( also check out the hilarious chips and salsa picture). We actually had to go get food from somewhere else and threw the tacos in the fridge for someone else to eat. This place was a joke and in Dallas (where we’re from) we can get pastor tacos for a buck each and they taste 10x better and are bigger . We figured since we were so close to the border that we could get some good food BUT this place ain’t it! Won’t be going here again when visiting Brownsville.

Tasty tacos de deshebrada! They will have you craving them periodically. Outdoor setting with a few picnic tables so you can eat the tacos while they are warm. Bring cash, taxes are already included in the cash price.

Wow!!! The tacos here are not your average tacos. These have some addicting flavor to them. They are greasy, served to go in a paper bag and oh so delicious! They throw in some jalapeños and a few napkins, and you’re all set to go. You can eat them there on some picnic tables they have outside, take them home or you can even eat them in your car on the side of the road. THE TACOS HERE ARE REALLY, REALLY GOOD… AND CHEAP!
