From the moment I walked into the Hardee’s in Philadelphia, I could tell this restaurant takes pride in every detail. The dining area was spotlessly clean, bright, and welcoming, with tables neatly arranged, floors shining, and a fresh aroma of sizzling burgers in the air. The staff greeted me immediately with warm smiles and genuine friendliness, setting the tone for an exceptional visit.
I ordered the new Grilled Cheese Frisco sandwich, and it was amazing — melty, buttery, crispy, and perfectly toasted. The cheese blend was rich and creamy, the bacon smoky and flavorful, and the bread golden and buttery on both sides. It was comfort food perfection! Every bite was hot, fresh, and beautifully balanced. I can honestly say it’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve had from any fast-food restaurant — comforting, savory, and crafted with care.
The curly fries were crispy, seasoned to perfection, and served piping hot. They had that perfect crunch on the outside and fluffy texture inside that only Hardee’s seems to master. It’s obvious the kitchen takes real pride in consistency and quality.

Stopped by Hardees of Philadelphia this morning, & let’s just say they were on point. I got the Smoked Sausage biscuit, which was FRESH, HOT, & DELICIOUS. Kudos to the management & crew for being efficient, precise, and focused on getting you in & out with quality products. I will be back again!

Hardee’s of Philadelphia did an amazing job! I ordered online and my food was ready when I arrived — super fast, easy, and organized. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean, bright, and well-kept. I got a Frisco Burger, fries, vanilla shake, and added a Holly Jolly Sparkler when I arrived (great employee suggestion!). Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious — the burger was juicy, the fries crispy, and the shake creamy. The Sparkler was fun and refreshing. Employees looked professional and the service was excellent. Great food, great value, and an all-around awesome experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I must say Hardees is on the roll. Regardless of how busy they are they still do their best at trying to get you in and out. Major shoutout to the breakfast crew this morning! Even though it was really busy I didn’t mind waiting the few minutes I did, because their breakfast is AMAZING! The atmosphere is nice & it is always clean. That is what keeps people coming back. GOOD JOB!

The lady made us pull out to get the food. Which is fine. Don’t mind waiting for fresh food. But…
She said it and I quote..
“Can y’all go over there.” Proceeded to point in a direction.
Not very professional to be honest.. no please.. Just.. a “Go over there. [She points]”
She seemed to be mad or upset? Not smiling. Slamming the drive through window.. X2 not once. Twice.
Also when she brought our food out… she was on her phone! Not paying attention to us at all. Brought it to us and continue to stay and be on her phone the entire time.
May I remind you. I was not rude. I have no reason to be. I am there to get food.. pay money*** remember.. not there to be rude to.
The food here is always 100. They are usually pretty fast with getting the order out to me. The order is always right. Thank you for that. I beyond love the frys! The burgers are always hot and fresh! Huge sauce choices! Again thank you for that. Almost never disappoint. Especially on here. You always reply and get back to me. Means a lot to me.
But today was different.. I haven’t ever had a problem until today. Today at.1:15 pm whomever was working in the window.. today is Feb 27th. That lady needs to be spoken to. Be more professional.
I will come back and update my next visit.

My family has breakfast on the road home. Very nice cashier who was very accommodating. The food pre can use improvement. The coffee in the lobby was removed so we couldn’t get a refill on our own. The refill from the counter and a new order was only warm. The lobby coffee was very good I heard.
