Overall food was good. I have been here multiple times and have never had a problem. But when I ordered my soup it extremely salty. So I asked to order something else. When my other soup came it was a lot better but it came with a little surprise. What seems to be a tiny hair hopefully from a beard and not the Nether region. They were kind enough to take the first salty soup off the bill but not the hairy one. The service was not good at all, very understaffed and also very slow. Very upset with this experience because we have come here other times before and never had a problem. Also our waiter just disappeared and never came back? Rye Brook get it together!! Never coming back

This was my first time at Fortina, and unfortunately it will also be my last.
The only highlight of the night was our server, John, who was genuinely amazing — attentive, friendly, and did his best to make the experience enjoyable.
That said, the food and drinks were a major disappointment. The drinks were underwhelming, the arancini and pasta arrived cold, and parts of our order were not prepared correctly. For a place with this reputation, the execution just wasn’t there.
I appreciate John’s great service, but overall the quality of the food did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t return.

This place has good food and good vibes. I do think there’s better places in the area, like Amore, but this is the better of an atmosphere for a little bit less better quality food. Definitely a recommend and good for a date night.

First time coming here over the weekend and we really enjoyed our experience here.
We had a reservation and were seated right away.
For drinks we had :
” Cutting Class ” – a tasty, summery, citrus cocktail. Very refreshing.
“Old Glory” – a bourbon based drink that tasted like an old fashioned but better, drink was served beautifully as well.
For Appetizer we decided to get one of their pizzas which was named ” All’ amatriciana ” which contained smoked bacon, onion , chilli, etc. definitely a 10/10 choice, this pizza here is one of the best ive had in Westchester.
Entrees –
“Wood Fired Paccheri” – A delicious paccheri pasta with mini meatballs and the sauce resembled vodka sauce. Definitely a 9/10.
“Chicken Parm with side salad” – Huge portion size of chicken parmigiana and the chicken was juicy, tender & breaded to perfection. Loved the side salad of mixed greens with the light dressing on top. 9/10.
Desserts –
“key lime pie” – Refreshing, citrusy, pretty solid. 8/10.
“nutella surprise cannoli”- Fresh filled cannoli with a nice nutella surprise in the center. A little disappointed at the cannoli cream though, it did not contain much Ricotta, if any. The nutella in the center definitely was a nice surprise though. Id give it a 6.5/10.
Service was great, very pleasant staff. Food arrived quickly and efficiently. Will definitely return!

I won’t be returning. The drinks were unbalanced and not enjoyable. The arancini arrived cold and had to be sent back. Despite clearly stating that I only wanted a dish if it could be prepared with ricotta, it was served without it and ultimately removed from the bill. These repeated oversights made the experience disappointing and inconsistent.
John, our server at Fortina, was the exception. He was very apologetic for the mishaps and remained attentive and professional throughout.

There seems to be a bad bug problem the last few times that I have been there. Fruit fly like. I sent the pizza back after I ate a pice and noticed all the bugs swarming. Gross. Server said I know you should see them over there.

So happy with my experience at Fortina! Will definitely be recommending this restaurant to friends and family. All staff was super friendly and accommodating. The drinks were delicious and the food was amazing! I highly recommend the Tenderoni Pizza and Caesar Salad. My friend had the french toast and… my goodness, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had!

Really friggen good. The meatball app is outstanding. The wings were good. But the pizza.. the pizza was the headline. Crust with just the right balance between chew and crunch. Sauce just sweet enough. Cheese, delicious cheese. And the toppings… so fresh, so flavorful.
If I’m ever back in this area, ya, I’ll be stopping here.
