I had the pleasure of trying out this Mexican food truck, and it was absolutely amazing! The food tasted so authentic. Every dish was fresh, delicious, and prepared with care.
What really stood out, aside from the fantastic food, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their food.

I ordered a Quesabirria through DoorDash TWICE because I can’t get over the authentic flavor. The birria tasted like it was straight out of an abuelas kitchen. Made with love and care. Impressive and delicious. The spices are on point, seriously, I want to know their secret: they load the Quesadilla up with birria and cheese and a little onion and cilantro. Their red salsa is also so yummy and authentic. Can’t wait to try more items.

Wow, is all I have to say WOW!!! So I like Taking my mom who is from California, to different taco trucks in the area and enjoying food together. The meal we had here was absolutely amazing we had the Birria tacos, Lengua taco, and also a steak taco. The consommé for the Birria tacos was so good I drank the rest of it after I was done drenching my taco in it to eat it! I’m honestly thinking about going back and seeing if I can just buy a quart of it anytime I’m sick and drinking that! who needs chicken noodle soup when you could drink Such a delicious hot liquid. I will be going back maybe tomorrow and the next day and the next day I wondering if they would do food delivery service and just bring me my dinner daily it would totally be worth it whatever they charged! please go you’ll enjoy it!

Best tacos and burritos ever! I have tried both carne asada and Al pastor, and both are fantastic! The Al pastor is a little spicier (which I love!) but the carne asada might be better for those who don’t like eating spicy. The Al pastor has visible pineapple pieces on it, which I love. The tacos are $2 each and they have some outdoor seating by the food truck. Overall, I highly recommend this taco place!

Delicious, tender and fresh. I ordered the Arroz Con Pollo. Highly recommend this. Not sure exactly what it means,, just know that it is worth a try. Reasonably priced, very generous portions.

I would say 3.5 if Google did give half points. I ordered a chile relleno burrito. The burrito was long and skinny and pretty good. The Chile relleno was not whole and it was cut in pieces. The menu says bean and rice added, but all I got was rice and a lot of it.but it was a pretty good size burrito and there was plenty of relleno inside.
I also ordered a bean and cheese burrito, which was pretty good. But I thought the flour tortillas was too big bc there was a lot of tortilla wrapped around the ingredients.
My daughter ordered an Al Pastor burrito, which she said she will never order again from this place. Not very much Al Pastor but a lot of rice and a lot of Pineapple, yes pineapple. It was basically a pineapple and rice burrito, she was very disappointed.
I would say the ingredients are good but kind of chinsy with the main ingredients. We also asked for hot sauce and they only gave us two (for four burritos). So that was kind of disappointing.

Mini Rouge
This place is the best. Hands down best tacos. I come from Arizona and we constantly went to Mexico for tacos. This is what the food is meant to taste like. Amazingly delicious with large amount of meat. We got tacos and 2 bottled drinks and it came just shy of $20. Also, the service was fantastic. Lady taking our order was super friendly. The carnitas tacos especially was amazing. Love this place!!

Went for a late lunch on a week day. Seemed like there was one, maybe two people working, but food arrived promptly. Good service, good food, (I had the Torta Asada, Kathie had a burrito), and the place was clean and nicely decorated. I plan to visit again.
