I purchased 3 sandwiches. 1 classic, 1 double, and 1 half pound roast beef, and 1 large order of cutlet fries. I got 4 Arby’s sauces and 2 horsey sauces. I asked for a couple more and was very rudely told no I could not have any more sauce, which I would have paid for (shouldn’t have to I just spent $23 and I can’t get 2 cent packet of sauce). I understand cutting costs, but that’s ridiculous! As I was 3 miles down the road I realized that They did not give me my fries either! Looked for the receipt to go back and get them, no receipt, shocker! So here I am eating a dry sandwich with no fries, lesson learned.

Once again I did not get my drive thru order today. I ordered and paid for a chicken cordon Bleu combo. When I arrived home to eat I found “Doug’s” Dine In chicken sandwich with no mayo. My order was not in the bag. My apology goes to Doug whose sandwich was placed in my togo bag while he waited inside to eat. Grabbing takeout is getting more and more frustrating.

Drive-thru staff member was extremely rude and short with us. I asked if I could add on two orders of jalapeno bites once I got to the window, no one behind me in line. Staff told me they could not add on at the window which is understandable, but then proceeded to pull me to the door to await my order.

Update: Unfortunately, this branch of Arby’s has decided to not open for breakfast on Sundays, which is the only time I usually go there. Sure, I will miss eating breakfast there on Sunday’s on my way to work, but thankfully Hardee’s remains open Sunday mornings as usual.
Been open for an hour and already the best Fast Food restaurant in Baxley, GA. Everyone should try their delicious Jamocha Shake! Some of the best fries that go great with it too.

Wonderful place. Fast delicious food. Very nice employees. I had the sausage biscuit and a jamocha shake. The biscuits were soft and the sausage was hot and fresh. The shake was perfect also.

Gavin is a sweetheart, with a smile on his face, and a good attitude. You can’t find many people in the service industry today that have a good outlook or seem to be happy doing what they are doing, but I had a wonderful experience here today with Gavin. My order was perfect. I got my extra sauces. The food was hot 10 out of 10.

The young man that waited on us was great and service was good, but my wife’s fish was not fresh. My Gyro was great fries were excellent. That’s why it’s a four star. Hopefully next time it’s better. I believe in second chances.
