I knew I sent an order from downtown State Street the last time I ordered my order didn’t come to almost 2 hours later then I call and whoever answer the phone tells me that they got a new fresh batch waiting on me and I should call doordash I don’t feel like that was my job to do that because if y’all knew the door that person was going to be late why would you send some cold food now this time the chicken tastes straight like grease and it looks like it’s been sitting there for hours so for now on I’ll stick to the location and Fitchburg and on East Washington the one on State Street sucks real bad and then when I call back the last time when my order was almost 2 hours late she going to hang up on me so I’m good with y’all not only that this food is cold and it’s not spicy what I ordered and it’s not even done

The flounder fish sandwich doesn’t show up on the in-store menu screen. I asked at the counter & even then they had some difficulty, but were very nice and let me get one anyway. Just a heads-up, if you’re here for the fish sandwich, you may need to ask a person.

Terrible service. I had an order today that was ready. I showed my name and order number. Got ignored for 15 minutes. Then finally received the order from a different employee. Highly recommend a different location.

I came here first lunch. I was have a hard time placing my order. I asked for help and the staff act like they didn’t want to help. But he did help me after I said something 3 times. When I got my order it was wrong. I couldn’t take it back because I would have been late going back to work. I did call but know one answer the phone.
