I ordered the stuffed croissant for breakfast. It did not look like it was advertised. It was smaller than shown, and it looked like an old, dry croissant. Dunkin needs to do better! I’m disappointed because I love Dunkin!

Worst Dunkin around by far. The coffee is always inconsistent. Every time you go and order the same thing, you get something different. It’s obvious that everything you get here is diluted. I go to another location that has a consistent and strong coffee flavor every time and more often than not when you come to this location, you leave with a coffee that doesn’t even taste like coffee.

Had to repeat order multiple times since I was spoken over each attempt; having even been asked what I wanted – their personal conversations were more a priority. Felt like a bother for going into the shop. Was out of most options and out of what was chosen the donuts were stale and tasted freezer burnt.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to this Dunkin’ Donuts location was a disappointment. The store was not well-maintained, with dirty tables and floors that made me question the overall cleanliness. To make matters worse, the staff seemed inexperienced and disorganized, taking a long time to fulfill orders and getting them wrong. I was looking forward to a quick breakfast, but instead left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Hopefully, management will take steps to improve the cleanliness and training of their staff to meet the usual Dunkin’ standards.

I’ve been going to this location for the past two weeks on my way to work. Each morning they forget something.Last week they forgot my chipotle loaded hash. Then yesterday I ordered two small coffees they gave me mediums. The week before they forgot my plain mini bagels. I’m very pleasant and very understanding. But this is becoming a pain. I usually order for my day shifts nurses it’s about 5. But every time my order is wrong or something is missing from my bag. And I don’t notice it until I am at work. There is also the heavy Indian accent from the cashier . Most of the time there is a communication barrier making it hard for me to understand anything she or he is saying . This is problem. Maybe this is why my orders are always wrong. It’s very frustrating because I love Dunkin. Is there any English speaking employees that can communicate with the customers? I’m tired of paying money for items that I am not getting .

Terrible. Bad location, always out of specialty items, and one of the managers legit does not speak English. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. Probably the worst store in the world if we have it enough time to investigate.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The donuts were stale and drinks were not the right drinks. Was told to come to the window mid taking our order, then proceeded to still get the order wrong. It was just a Strawberry daydream Refresher and a blueberry daydream refresher. They ended up just being lemonades. Hopefully the next Dunkin we go to will be better.

The coffee is good but their donuts are riddled with the flavor of depression and disappointment. Food is subpar and I would only recommend going there if you’re ONLY going there for a coffee or refresher.
