Well they have new baristas, and our hot caramel late , was cold! And my iced mocha was hot! Even though the label says iced!!! Food is good, wish they had more choices for the bagels, like peanut butter and jelly, maybe some marmalade!

Usually I have great experiences at Panera, unfortunately I haven’t had the same luck with this location. Staff brings out to go order missing items and utensils which is no fun, but the kicker was my $13 chicken sandwich that was pink on the inside. Unacceptable. Service was great.
We had a large group from Harris-Stowe Women’s Soccer.
They listened to our needs, got everyone’s order in and it went very quick.
Food was very good.
Only bad thing were some flies in the ordering area. No flies were seen or bothered us in the food area.

I usually dont post negative reviews but after driving over 8 hours with a toddler and a dog, I was tired and this Panera Bread really got under my skin. Ordered 2 soups and a salad online. Went through drive through and the guy basically tosses my bag at me. No silverware whatsoever in the bag. To add, the bread was just thrown in. Not wrapped in a wrapper or anything after I spent $21. Really terrible customer service. Like I said, I dont ever post negative reviews but that guy was honestly very rude.

This Panera is the fastest I’ve ever been to. The workers were very kind and helpful. The place was well kept and clean. The food was delicious. I got an iced chai, choose two broccoli cheddar, and chipotle chicken avocado. I recommend going to it if you’re wanting a quick bite to eat!
