They have a very cool vibe inside, whoever picks out the music I really appreciate you! And they also play various anime inside which is always fun.
This is a great place for friends and family to gather and hang out with some amazing food. I hope if you’re able you can make the trip to experience it 🙂
The toppings were Mediocre at best – they didn’t elevate the dish.
Service is also iffy. Service was average, with a notable lack of enthusiasm.
However, their pork belly chasu rice bowl is not a bad option (image attached). But since it’s a noodle bar. I’m rating based on ramen.
Highly recommend. This place delivers on every metric. I’ll definitely be coming back!
It was my first time here and immediately, I loved the vibe.
OutKast playing, Avatar the last Airbender (the cartoon)muted on the TV and dim lighting — it’s definitely a great spot for a date, a get together with friends, or even just a spot to get dinner alone.
I ordered the pork tonkotsu pork ramen and it was absolutely amazing. The broth was very flavorful – although I will say that it could have been a tad less saltier. Nonetheless, the flavors were there– steaming hot and soothing. The soft boiled eggs was perfectly cooked–and the ramen noodles were the perfect texture.
The star of the dish was the pork. It was heaven. The fat melted in my mouth and there were parts that textually were crunchy– reminiscent of a chicharron.
My waiter Kean was very attentive and friendly. He let me know that there would be upcoming changes like karaoke coming.
I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu!
The server was great. She’s alone on the floor and she’s moving everywhere to take care of everyone. The kitchen was kinda slow. The atmosphere is casual and fun, very easygoing. The garlic edamame was good if not spicy. The real disappointment was the classic tonkatsu ramen. I ordered mine with chashu. The chashu was great, very tender and flavorful… but that was where all the flavor was. The bamboo shoots tasted vaguely sour. The tonkatsu broth was almost completely flavorless. I don’t understand how that’s possible. I had someone else taste it, just to make sure. It pretty much ruined what should have been a really solid bowl of ramen. This meal definitely was not worth the $18 per bowl today. I will not be back, but please do better, Noods kitchen.
