We’re an every Saturday morning visit family. That visit kicks off our weekend! I just went in and ordered our annual birthday donuts. My son takes his class donuts to celebrate his birthday, and they have to be Dunkin! Love this location and the workers!

Absolutely disgusting! I went to get coffee and donuts in the drive thru. I see this guy wearing grey sweat pants behind the counter tying up a black trash bag. He comes over to the window WITHOUT washing his hands and attempts to take my card, but I stop him and ask “Are you going to wash your hands? You just handled trash.” He didn’t say anything just rolled his eyes, closed the window, walked away, washed his hands and did not return. Then I see plus size woman with black hair tying up another black bag of trash. She then comes to the window WITHOUT washing her hands and attempts to help me. I stop her and ask he4 “Are you going to wash your hands? You just handled trash.” She looked at me like I just slapped her and sparkly responded “Fine I’ll just let someone else handle you.” Closed the window and walked away. She goes to the other guy, and does not wash her hands. The guy in great sweat pants finally comes back over to the window and takes my card and gives me my order. I attempted to call corporate, but they never called me back, so here I am writing this review. Absolutely disgusting and I will be contacting the health department about this. It is a health code violation to touch trash and not wash your hands immediately afterwards unless youre taking it outside to the dumpster. I refuse to come back to this location and I advise others NOT to go here. Their donuts are always stale anyways.

I’ve met the manager in the morning, Samiey, and she is so sweet and is smiling anytime I see her! She is always helping every station and connects with her customers like every great manager should!
I also wanted to shoutout Beau, who is there every morning running the drive-thru and gets me in and out quick!!

I love this place! The employees clearly love their jobs – the manager is great too! Everything is so fresh & clean.
Today I made a mistake on my boss’s order. . Bo fixed it for FREE (it was my fault) and gave my dog a treat – he always remembers our names! I’ll definitely be back again tomorrow- it’s worth the wait!

This location of Dunkin’ Donuts is always spot on! Samiey is in particular the most amazing manager I’ve ever come across. She not only on a personal level is great to work with when I come in for orders. But on behalf of the Cherokee high school PTSA, which I am currently the vice president, she donates and makes every single event that I ask for help incredible. She is so easy to work with and on top of her job!

Apparently they have a new promotion where if you give them $5, they will make you late for work and you won’t get a drink! What a deal!

I love this Dunkin location! There are 3 in my area that I can choose from and nine times out of ten we pick this one. The people are always friendly and efficient. They never get my order wrong and my boyfriend swears their Iced Chai Latte tastes better than the other locations. Not sure what this location is doing different but the other two need to take notes.

Dunkin’ is great for meeting up with your friends during lunch or during recreational period. They’ve got a radio playing, including multiple spots where customers can sit and chat. Wait times are basically nothing, by the time you are done ordering, your drink is ready. Staff is patient and eager to make customers enjoy the rest of their day with a hot coffee (and some chit chat). They also decorate for appropriate seasons.
