put in online order at 10:20 am for 11:15 am. got there at 11:20. food was not ready and neither was about 6 other peoples food. finally got food at 11:28, guy proceeded to hand me a cup using his food handling gloves leaving the cup extremely greasy. went to pour starry in cup and black mold spit out of nozzle. another man was asking for a refund because they were so late on his order. first time at taco bell in over 4 years, and now i remember why. won’t be back.

Going here ruined my schedule. I was tight on time, looking for a quick meal since I needed to drive down south, but they spent over 30 MINUTES and hadn’t even STARTED my order. There were a ton of people who were there longer than me and didn’t receive their orders yet as well. High school students can’t afford to wait this long. We have classes and other places to be at. This is supposed to be a FAST food restaurant. I’m never going here again.

Man, the reviews about the slow service are dead on. We ordered two tacos and were 30 minutes into waiting. Abandoning this place in 6 minutes. They claim to be understaffed but there are 6 people back there. Won’t be back.

I went through the drive thru. It was a 14 hour work day. They weren’t as busy as normal I forgot an item my toddler asked for. I asked Shay S if I could add it at the window she curtly said it was too late. She also didn’t bother to asked if we wanted sauce. If it was slammed I wouldn’t have even asked. But it wasn’t. Simply put she’s rude and very clearly miserable in life. I will take all my business to the other location in town from here on out.

Came here at about midnight online they said they were open and I always preferred to walk in and use my rewards the doors were unlocked so I started my order on one of the kiosks right when I started to make my order the manager came around yelling at me saying they were closed… I told her I was sorry and that the doors were unlocked but it was extremely embarrassing I don’t think I’ll come back here I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could

When it comes to dining in it’s all kiosk bass and food serve time is lowest priority for any and all employees there I definitely don’t suggest going there in an attempt of dining in and I definitely don’t suggest going in there to place an order inside your food will be cold when you get it
