I mean it’s a McDonald’s so don’t expect a red carpet and amazing food. But it was very spacious mostly clean and the playground was awesome for the kiddos to get their energy out on. We had a child struggling with autism and stayed there for 3 hrs, but the staff never bothered us or told us we were staying too long. In all its a great place to take a kiddo to play grab a frie and a icecream.

-MANAGER BONNIE- On December 26th, around noon, I visited this McDonald’s location to pick up my orders. What I experienced there was not poor service — it was deliberate mistreatment and discrimination.

The store manager, Bonnie, displayed an openly hostile and disrespectful attitude from the moment I spoke to her. Her facial expression, tone of voice, and body language were aggressive and dismissive. When I asked about my orders, she intentionally avoided answering my questions, repeatedly referring to unrelated customers while ignoring what I was clearly asking.

I was standing directly in front of the counter. Instead of handing me the completed orders like any normal employee would do, she walked out from behind the counter and placed the orders behind me, at the delivery pickup area, without saying a single word. This was not accidental — it was intentional, humiliating, and unprofessional.

When I asked how long the remaining order would take, she once again completely ignored me, as if I did not exist. At that point, it became very clear that this behavior was targeted. I firmly believe I was treated this way because of who I am, and I felt racially discriminated against. I am confident she would not have behaved this way toward a local customer.

I confronted her and told her directly that her behavior was unacceptable, discriminatory, and racist, and that I would be filing a formal complaint. She offered no explanation, no apology, and no response. She simply walked into the kitchen and avoided accountability.

The situation escalated further when I called the store afterward to request the contact information for the store owner and upper management. Bonnie answered the phone herself. She intentionally pretended not to understand me, repeatedly interrupted me, refused to let me finish my sentences, and played dumb in an obvious attempt to avoid responsibility. She then hung up the phone on me without providing any information.

This is not just bad customer service — this is abuse of authority by a manager, a complete failure of professionalism, and behavior that should never be tolerated by McDonald’s or any company that claims to value respect and inclusion.

A manager who behaves this way should not be interacting with the public, let alone representing a global brand. I expect this incident to be fully investigated, documented, and addressed. This conduct is unacceptable, and I will not let it be ignored.

Great food and service served in traditional Thai culture. People are over the top helpful, friendly and caring.

Pad Thai is delicious and plentiful.
Fresh Spring rolls & sweet sauce is a delightful treat.
Miso Soup is some of the very best.
Satay Chicken is tender, sweet, and succulent.
Always enjoy a Sapporo or a Sam Adam’s while overlooking the beautiful Kennebec River in a very historic Maine, Ice & Granite harvesting neighborhood.

There’s bad customer service and then there’s the management at this place. As I was walking in with my partner I witnessed how a delivery man was mistreated by who appears to be the management, Bonye or Bonsie.

I was baffled at the condescending way he was ignored and obviously singled out by this person. It’s things like this that really stop someone from going to a certain location and then just choose another location instead. Yes, it’s McDonald’s whatever but for a company who preaches inclusion the management should be a reflection of that. Honestly, as the saying goes “it’s too early for this” and it indeed was. Like seriously management, are you okay??? Everything good at home? I would kinda get this condescending borderline xenophobic act if it was too late bc then I’d give it the benefit of the doubt but no no, it was way too early to come up with this kind of treatment. We all need each other and if there wasn’t delivery men and woman or customers then management would have a job… be grateful!

Anyways our experience was a bit okay, the quarter pounder a bit dry which is not normal but w.e.. I just couldn’t stay quiet as to what we witnessed. You don’t get under 4 stars for free, great customer service it’s not that hard y’all.

It has been a good while since I have been to McDonalds. Always thought the one in Bath Maine was the best around. I stopped this morning because our power went out and I could not cook anything at home. I got a Sausage, Egg McMuffin and a medium coffee and it was almost $8.00. Wow, it has been awhile I guess, this used to be under 5 bucks! Girl at the 1st drive thru was less than enthusiastic as well. I am done. I will grab something at work from now on or bring something in to cook. I will not be venturing to any McDonalds from now on to over pay for “fast food”.

Come here often. Not my favorite location. Likely to screw up your order or buns are stale. Unreasonable wait times are the norm. For example I am halfway through the drive through right now and have been in line at least 25 minutes!!!

Snow day in Bath today so got there at 8:30 sign said they would be open at 9:00 (due to the snow delay I am guessing) although the parking lot was plowed and there were people inside. Waited 30 minutes and went in at 9:03 and they stated they weren’t going to be making breakfast because it was too much of an inconvenience for them to make breakfast for 2 hours???…. Why else would you be at McDonald’s at 8:30 in the morning, I mean seriously unless you’re on third shift and looking for dinner on the way home 95% of the people that are showing up at 9:00 in the morning want breakfast. If you weren’t going to cook breakfast you should have at least put it on your sign that said you weren’t going to be open until 9:00 and we could have looked somewhere else instead we wasted our time. Time is money thanks for wasting mine, I won’t be back

I ordered my child’s cheese burger happy meal plain pickle only & the tag even said ‘plain pickle only” and when we opened burger there were no pickles & when we asked for some they tried to charges us for the pickles! I asked why & was told they don’t come on the burger! I responded yes they do & We even showed there were no pickles on it & still I was asked to pay for the pickles that should have been on the burger in the first place!! My child was very upset & nothing was done to correct the mistake! The manager even showed the cashier how to charge me for the pickles!! Im extremely disappointed in the customer service we were shown!!
