I placed a large order through the Panda Express website during a move so I could feed everyone helping. The order included 18 items. After waiting a little over an hour the DoorDash driver arrived with only one bag and most of the order missing.
I called the store and John answered. He had recently arrived and took the time to look into what happened. He owned the situation and offered to re cook the entire order, refund the order, and even deliver the food himself. That level of accountability stood out.
He later called back and shared DoorDash picked up the remaining items. Since he processed a refund I chose to keep the order as is. Some items like the egg rolls and cream cheese rangoons were soggy from the delay, but the effort from John meant a lot.
The experience started frustrating, but John’s professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond changed everything. I will return to this location because of him.

This is the go to place in Woodbury for delicious, CLEAN food, friendly staff, and a nice place to sit and talk. You will sometimes find a line because the food is that good, but it just gives you more time to appreciate the sights and smells.
If you see Dolores, Briana or Leena you will be amazed at how friendly people can be.
P.S. portions aren’t a problem when you treat the people on the other side of the glass like people.

Where’s the rest of my food? Portions are noticeably smaller than before. Judging by other recent reviews and my recent visits, this seems to be a trend. So they have been raising prices and lowering the portions? That’s a good and quick way to lose customers. Maybe next time I want some quick service Chinese American food, I’ll go to Leeaan Chin.

I normally don’t do reviews but this time I was very disappointed. I did an online order only to find the portions very small when I got home. Our chow mein had barely any noodles, looks like a vegetable salad. Seems like they don’t care much about customer experience.

Stopped by at 7:00 on 11-7-2025. Line was long (30 people), but we decided to wait. We waited and waited and waited and the line did not move. We watched three workers continue to fill online orders and almost totally ignore the people inside the restaurant. It was not a staffing issue as there appeared to be plenty of workers and they were working hard. It obviously was a prioritization issue. For the next 1/2 hour we watched the workers fill orders (obviously online) with NO AWARENESS that the line wrapped around the restaurant. We left after 1/2 hour of virtually zero line movement. This is a total reflection on management and their inability to train workers. Went across the street to Dairy Queen…fast friendly service at Dairy Queen with obvious prioritization to the people inside the restaurant. Never coming back to Panda Express. Maybe you could learn something from the business across the street.

The food is always delicious here. They throughout the years stay consistent and they haven’t raised their prices ridiculously like other restaurants and you still get a good portion size served to you. I give panda and the business major kudos for keeping prices down and keeping portions the same.

Need to train your staff better when it comes to cross contamination. Cashier Desiree walked over and took the broom from another employee to show them how to sweep properly. Then returned to cashier without washing her hands. Grabbing utensils and food with the same bare hands that just swept the floor. Can be easily verified by watching the cameras around 4:50pm.
