Stopped in for a meal and was immediately impressed. The wonderful lady who welcomed us at the front was so friendly and set a great tone for our visit.

Step In
I stopped in with my wife after having surgery on my foot to have dinner. Got 3 cheese coneys and a large drink from the drive through and ate in the parking lot. My wife walked in to get a refill as we never left the property we figured it would be fine, she was denied the refill and was told if you came through the drive through it’s over. Spent $3 + on a large drink and they’re too cheap to give a refill. They won’t get my business anymore for the cost of filling up half a cup of Mellow Yellow

They are cheap. Refuse to give you crackers through the drive thru but if you go inside you get as many as you want. Overall employees are rude. Nothing will be done to fix the issues. They will always be a problem due to the owner.

Went to get a chilli cheese coney for dinner and was met with rudeness and an unfriendly environment the waiters name was sabbena and she was yelling at me very loud from across the the room at the restaurant and completely going off on me then there was a so called manager who wouldn’t even say she was a manager but wouldn’t tell me who the general manager was. Both people were extremely rude and disrespectful and the so called manager started talking in slang and saying phrases like “For real though, and you feel me” as if she thought because I was African American that that’s how I talk and communicate when it’s not. So at this point I did not want to pay for the food because I didn’t want to give them my business but they threatened to call the cops on me if I did not pay and actually called the police department and I eventually as a black female felt unsafe and gave them the money out of fear of being brutally handled over an issue that was not my fault. Gold star you guys need to get it together with the customer service towards your black customers because if this is how they treat people of color and they continue to do this I will never be back again!

$10 for a 3-way and they still skimp you on cheese, a 2 finger pinch in a cup is completely unacceptable and when i called of course got nothing but a rude manager 0/10 won’t be back to that location that’s forsure and i recommend you don’t either

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES !!!This has nothing to do with a specific store. We verified our allergy information online prior to ordering. The food we ordered contains eggs to which my son has an anaphylactic allergic reaction. Once I suspected I called the store and got an amazing person who checked individual ingredients.

Waited to set up my appointment and then I was gonna order food so I had my business done before pleasure , the server walked up to me rude like “you can’t take up a table if your not gonna order anything” mind you is was dead , I said “I am gonna get food I jus wanna finish setting up this appointment, shouldn’t take no longer than 5 minutes “ she then tells me I’m gonna have do it outside because I can’t take up a table without ordering. It genuinely just made me stop like what? Once again it was completely EMPTY , foods always great but service needs lot and lots of work

Very rude when I called them about forgetting the cheese when I got home. Offered to remake them if I would drive back to the restaurant with no discount for having to drive an additional 18 mile round trip.
