First time in a long time ⌛️ I have had Mexican food and I was very surprised, the quaisadea I had was not as spicy as I expected! It was a grilled shrimp quaisadea and it was mucho el goodo! My granddaughter convinced me to try Mexican and I am glad she did! Nuff said..

I’ve heard amazing reviews about this place, so I was hopeful when we went in. The atmosphere is great, trendy, and overall really cute. The food wasnt bad. The service is really what I had a problem with. Once seated, we wait about 15 minutes before our server notices us. We get our drinks and we let him know we needed a few minutes more to look at the menu. Our server is nowhere to be found for another 20 minutes. While we are ordering, he’s not paying any attention to us and acting like he’s wasting our time taking our order. Overall, he made us feel like we were a problem from the moment we were seated. We did not see our server again for the rest of our time in the restaurant. Another employee ran us our ticket. I’m unsure of the standard this establishment has set for their staff, but it felt as though our server needed more training. Or perhaps completely re-trained altogether. I hope that sort of treatment isn’t what all customers get when visiting.

There is no better Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff makes me feel welcome and “at home”. The service is prompt and attentive. Most importantly, THE FOOD is out of this world. In a town packed with Mexican restaurants, Puente Grande really separates itself from the pack with the spectacular food and over the top service. LOVE this place. Get the Chori-tacos with a side of mango salsa.

The restaurant itself is very clean. The staff was friendly. The food was really good, too, but what really made me give them 5 stars is because the manager (I think he was a manager. I’m not sure.) was so helpful to me.
After eating there for lunch, I called back to see about the nutritional information for the steak fajitas. He went in search of the information and sent it to me when he found.
I’m so thankful for this great customer service, and I will for sure be going back!
