I ordered online to be ready by 10:15pm… I arrived at 10:14pm… its 10:34pm and I’m still waiting at the pick up window. This location is ALWAYS soooooo slow Tbe worker was nice, but gosh they gotta do something about the wait times. AND THEY NEVER HAVE MY STRAWBERRY LEMONADE!!!

I’ve only tried this place 2 twice. Don’t waste your time! The service is horrible and the food is too. I know that it’s fast food but mine wasn’t done. They should also do a better job at deciding who the employees are. The lady who handles the driveway is very rude! If they had better attitudes, the food would possibly be better.

I went in this restaurant around 3 weeks ago and there was a woman that took my order she was polite and fast had my food right out not today. I went back thinking I had such a nice experience the last time and this was awful. There was a man in there at the register and he was awful. Left our food sitting there for at least 15 minutes before he even gave it to us. It was cold. He was rude and he didn’t know what he was doing.

Today I went to this location on Lincoln Hwy and it has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food restaurants. The staff was extremely rude and not attentive to me and my family. The food was terribly prepared and the restaurant was not clean the floors and tables were sticky. I also asked the front counter girl for some ice because the machine out in the front didn’t have any both of the cups were returned with only 3 ice cubes.

Don’t go here if you’re hungry. They are slower than molasses when taking your order, getting your order ready and I recommend checking your order before you drive away because you’ll get ignored trying to get the employee at the window attention. WORST BURGER KING ever.

They were only taking orders from one side of the drive thru so after 3 cars placed orders before me, I decided to go inside. I asked if there was a reason only one side was getting waited on and she said we’re short handed. Being short handed has ZERO to do with alternating which side you take orders from. Same girl started bagging my order, finally, but got interrupted by a drive thru customer that had to come inside to get her correct order. Instead of going back to my order, she wandered off to the drive thru while my food sat on the counter getting cold. She didn’t greet anyone. She didn’t apologize for anything. She didn’t thank anyone for anything. Needless to say I was missing a burger because she stopped mid count and never came back.

If I could give a lower rating I would.. A TERRIBLE MESS would be the best description for the Matteson location. The staff from the managers on down to the associates are very unprofessional, rude and plain ghetto. Every experience here is the worst on top of them not knowing proper etiquette they don’t know how to properly make burgers and serve hot fries. This is not what I ordered but where is the lettuce and tomato this burger was made very sloppy and tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile. None of the shake machines are ever operating and they are also closed when they are supposed to be open. Who trained these workers??? We come to your establishment to spend our money only to deal with rude workers that don’t want to work and don’t want to serve us fresh food… Someone needs to go into this establishment and retrain them as well as clean house get a whole new staff or just shut down.. because most of them act as though they don’t want to be there anyway including the managers.

Only 3 minutes from my house, I hadn’t been here in years. Well unfortunately, it may be more years before I go back! Even though my Whopper was okay, it was still cold as were my Onion Rings. At least I think they were O-Rings…, no flavor! Burger King really needs to improve the quality of their food, or they’ll be shutting another store as I’d rather go to about any of their near by competitors – McD’s; DQ; Culvers; & Five Guys all just 1 minute away.
