I brought home pizza from this place for the first time 2 months ago. The moment I put the Pizza Patrón’s pizza on the table, I left briefly. When I came back, my family had torn that pizza up. Now I come here often because we love their pizza. Plus, they have decent customer service. No complaints

Went in store to order my pizza. The lady that was at the register said she normally do not take in store orders l, she just makes the pizza and urged us to order online. (This was the second time that happened to me at this location) no biggie because I was interested in their 2 for $12 deal they had advertised in store when you download the app. I did so and could not get the deal through the app. After several minutes of trying to navigate the app for the reward, I asked the lady for help and she said she didnt know anything about placing the orders, she just makes pizza. She said her “buttons” are limited on her screen and could not add the discount to my order on her side. Defeated, I ordered something completely different. The first experience I brushed off because it was a new locations. Several months later, same issue. I wish there was more support in store. I left feeling bad for the lady cause I felt a sense of embarrassment from her as she did not know how to make it right. Proper training, support, or management on site would be helpful….

Came in for a quick lunch Kenny took my order. Fast and friendly. Very professional. First time here and got to say it was very good. Fresh and Hot. It was 102 outside and place was very cold and very clean dinning. Pizza came out hot and fresh. Just the way I like it. Thanks you Kenny you made my experience GREAT.

Let’s start with the location , the store is new to the area but Cedar Hill got the works with the dining tables out side to enjoy the breeze as well as inside. I was very excited to grab pan pizzas and deserts.The store greeted me with a warm welcome, The manger’s smile was felt. The young lady Alexis was so amazing. She unsold me items and I praised her and the staff. After I order I advised her who I was and told her I would be reviewing the location. The dining in option was on point. The area was clean, The area had a Tv so you could catch the game while waiting. The staff communicated, and the food was hit and delicious. I asked Alexis the cashier to please thank the staff for their service. Please stop in and shop with our new location, I promise you there will be something for everyone.

Yall, I love pizza, I love Pizza Patron. So Friday nights is pizza night, I ordered a large supreme pizza and I wanted extra cheese, extra mushrooms and added spinach. Omg when I tell you it was the best Pizza ever. I just had to share, it was made to perfection, you should try it. I wanted to post a picture but there’s no picture posting options so take my word. Ample parking made it easy to stop in, and I was impressed by how clean everything was upon entering. I was greeted quickly by the staff, LaShannon, which set a positive tone right away. The customer service was excellent—friendly and attentive. My pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted incredibly fresh. I’ll definitely be returning. Great experience all around!

Ordered from this location for the first time and it was amazing! Walked in, ordered 4 pizzas and they were ready in 18 min. I ordered 1 cheese, 2 pepperoni and a Diablo pizza which was my favorite! Pizza was perfect and I loved the about of seasoning they added to the top. I will definitely be ordering from this location again.
