Stopped to eat on our way back to Santa Cruz. Food was great! Way better than Taco Bell at Watsonville. Food portions were good. I couldnt finish my chicken bowl. Super stuffed

The food is okay. It definitely came hot, but somehow it just didn’t quite catch me. The food came out very quick which was nice. The self order terminals felt a bit slow responding. Overall it’s an ok restaurant for grabbing a snack on the road.

Staff is a hit and miss, just attitudes and no respect for their customers. Tonight was a complete miss…. A district manager needs to pay this taco bell a visit. Every time I order for my family, this taco bell misses putting every item in the bag. ( it’s not rocket science) Last two visits they forgot the nachos plates, this time they forgot my cravings box. How many times do I have to go back after getting home for missing items… and not one apology from anyone of this staff. You folks need to fix this or I will never be back… word spreads fast as this is a small town. Does anyone care of quality service anymore ? I even ask every time, can you please double check order and they say, yes everything is there. When its not. Damn I’m frustrated with this place. Do yourselves a favor and drive to Greenfield or Soledad.
