I have been coming here for years, today Saturday may 3rd I decided to stop by. As soon as I got there I was greeted with stale chips I had to ask the waiter for salsa. Then I ordered the mollejas wich was a big disappointment. It was filled with fat. The horchata that I ordered was milk with sugar only water down. To make matters worse the waiter Paola had such a nasty attitude. Now I know why the restaurant was empty on a Saturday afternoon. I was a loyal customer when the owner is there you get the best service or at least you used to. For these two things that I got I paid $33. It’s to expensive for service to be this terrible. I will NOT BE BACK. Also train your waiter and teach them etiquette, before you drive what’s left of your establishment Into shambles.

I had such a bad experience. It was in the morning. The outside has a banner that says breakfast plates are $5.99 once you get inside everything on the menu is +$10. Had we not brought it up I don’t think they would have billed us correct. It was 40 degrees outside and the inside has no heating!!! I was freezing. I ordered chilaquiles and they were ok. I rated 2 stars instead of one because the waitress did feel bad and billed us every plate at $5.99. I don’t recommend this place for breakfast or when it’s cold outside. Maybe lunch and dinner is better.

Honestly been here for about 3 years and I haven’t had many good experiences with Mexican food. A lot of Texas food is very Tex Mex and it’s one of the reasons I haven’t found a place worthwhile to come back and eat. The presentation, the taste, the service is all here. I really enjoyed and loved my experience here the food was amazing. I literally enjoyed every bite. I will definitely come back, I spent about $30 with the food and horchata.

I have been here 2 times and the service was excellent and the food Delicious.
I asked if they had any desserts since I didn’t see any in their menu I was told that they had been removed from their menu but they would see if they could do anything for my craving and they sure surprised me(see the picture.. it was delicious).
Going to do my errands happy and full.

If you enjoy a good atmosphere with honest service beware.
Waitress named Erica brought our bill to the table, held the receipt and read it to us. After she read the receipt she did not hand it over for us to view but waited for payment staring at us. I had never seen that in my entire life and I had been to this restaurant before and was treated kindly by the male waiter. My friend handed her cash but I was confused as to how the total came to what she claimed. My friend got the receipt and we saw she added a 20% service charge to our table of only two people. We told her to return the money she charged, she gave us filthy looks and returned the money with an attitude, tried to take the receipt away again and even had the audacity to stand at the table expecting a tip after her foul behavior.
When we arrived we waited at the table for fifteen minutes until Erica came over. Took 15 more minutes to bring chips and salsa and never refilled the basket. When I ordered my entree I asked if the consomé could be switched for a different side. The waitress said yes. When the bill came she had added extra charges. She then told us the cost of the combo is the same with or without the consomé and no sides can be substituted.
Very disappointing as I had visited this restaurant before this experience. Even tried to contact management and could not get through to anyone.

Great spot, not crowded, the lady who helped us was very friendly, treated us like she knew us for a while, gave me certain comfort, food was delicious, we ordered Costillitas,and Man! Were they delicious. The amount of food was also on the spot… I will definitely be back and bring my friends and customers…
