The food spice levels were wildly inconsistent. And the service is a quite a bit off, when you ask queations and they seem bothered by you being there or walk off mid trying to order it does not inspire repeat customers, and is poor customer service. We went with a group 4 total. Ordered the green papya salad with a spice level of 1 and it came out absolutely inedible spicy. They did offer to remake the salad, which they stated was taking a while to make “look pretty”,but had already had to wait an unsual amount of time after everyone else at the table had already been served, for a salad presentation that was mid at best. Had no interest in waiting that long again. One person in our group ordered something at the 4 level spice and it had literally no spice heat to it at all. Over all was was not a dining experience we’d ever pay for again.

This place really only gets 3 stars because the food quality changes so much. Iv been going here for years as it’s the closest spot to me and you just never know what you are going to get it seems. Like sometimes it’s fantastic and sometimes it’s just like what happened today what is this. Flaver texture everything will be off. I don’t know what is happening but it is strange.
Today my order of sober noodles was almost not worth eating and normally it’s one of my favorites.
They so anyways have fast times for ordering to pick up though.

My lady and I stopped by to get a good bite to eat and were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and presentation of both the staff and the delicious food. Hands down the best pad Thai I’ve ever had and the coconut shrimp was to die for. A big plus and surprise was the carrot creature we had on our appetizer plate.
Update! We went back almost a year later and the food was just as delicious as before! This time we had the crab fried rice and that is a new all time favorite of mine. Unfortunately no creatures on our plates but we didn’t order an appetizer this time.

I LOVE Thai food. And I eat it often. I’ve always thought On Rice was 3 stars average. The food has always been adequate. But the last time I ordered it was beyond average. It was super bland all the way around. No rich flavors, and our “3” star spice was more like 1.

Something has drastically changed at this location. My husband I have been consistently eating here for so many years and the last two times lately the food is not good. We also order the same dishes Pad Thai chicken, drunken noodle and I am sweet and sour and they absolutely do not taste anything like they used to. Pad thai sauce was too sweet and very different and noodles were not cooked all the way. My I am sweet and sour was not good. Chicken texture was off, and didn’t seem cooked all the way. My daughter said her vegetarian dish did not taste at all like it used to. So we were extremely disappointed. Not sure if maybe they changed cooks but it’s definitely not the same. Sad because this was our favorite place and we always looked forward to eating here

Wow! The food was absolutely amazing at this restaurant! I ordered traditional Pad Thai with Chicken, 3 stars. The consistency of the noodles was perfect and the spice level did not distract from the flavor! We also got the Drunken Noodles with Chicken and that dish was amazing as well! The Potstickers were so tasty and the Fredh Rolls were perfect! Kashmere was our Server and she was very nice!

Ordered take out. Marked we wanted cutlery… we weren’t at home. Curry with no cutlery is not a good time. But on top of that, in the order we included “no tomatoes”. This was ignored and I have a sensitivity that causes significant problems for me. While I can eat around them, the damage is done by them being in the food. This never happens with te he other two “on rice” in town. We will be sticking to the other two locations.

Mostly our go to for take out Thai. They are super fast and have good quality and consistency. The staff has always been friendly, organized, and respectful. Fair pricing as well!

Food was amazing, the food alone was 10/10. Hours need to be changed because google said they close at 9:30 and they told us at 8:45 that they close in 15 minutes. Their sign outside says otherwise. The waitress was a whole different situation, needs some work definitely did not deserve what I tipped her. Everyone else was very polite and welcoming.

The food is always good, service is generally good as well though I’ve had times where it was lacking. My biggest issue is their lack of accommodation around food restrictions. For instance if you can’t eat the rice and noodles everything comes with, you cannot get anything to replace them unless you pay extra… So you just get less food for the same price.
Not a bad place, just don’t expect accommodation to any dietary restrictions.
