When in and ordered on the kiosk and that was my first time using that. I didn’t think it was extremely user-friendly. Took much longer ordering food using that but it was my first time also. And I feel like anytime you go in anywhere you can tell the work the worker there if they enjoy their job or not I think I saw one person there tonight that seemed to enjoy it. I will say I’ve never seen chicken fall off the bone so the chicken was really good. .

My experience at this KFC was excellent. The food was fresh, hot, and ready as soon as I received it. The wings were perfectly cooked; crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and well-seasoned with just the right amount of flavor. They tasted freshly made, not greasy or overcooked, which made a big difference.
The sides were also hot and fresh, and everything was packaged neatly, showing care and attention to quality. You could tell the food hadn’t been sitting under a heat lamp and was prepared properly.
I also want to give a special shout-out to the cashier, Josie. She was friendly, professional, and made the ordering process smooth and pleasant. Her positive attitude really stood out and made the overall experience even better.
Overall, great food quality and great service. I’ll definitely be returning.

Anthony help me with my order, the service was amazing! Today I got the famous bowl for 5 dollars and it was delicious. The inside of the building was nice and clean. Definitely coming back here and 100% recommend.

Just visited this restaurant after a long day and it honestly was a big relief, i didn’t want to cook i just wanted a quick meal and go but when i came inside to eat it was calm and welcoming and warm and clean so i decided to stay and eat in, this food surpassed any fast food taste of oily quick gas station food, it was hot , fresh, and high end restaurant worthy, the worker was so helpful making sure my table was clean before i sat my food was even ready before i could sit down, they took care of me as one of their own what’s great restaurant and great workers

I just recently visited this KFC, I went in and was surprised by my first impression, a worker kindly greeted me and I look around and it’s a clean fast food restaurant and doesn’t stink, I was already amazed by their high standards. I continue to order but I haven’t went to KFC in years so I wasn’t sure what to order but the kind young lady Joscelyn helped me figure out what I wanted and I honestly wanted my meal to-go but the place felt warning and comfortable I dined in. I got a 3 piece meal and coleslaw and they even hooked me up with another side dish and large drink for only $2 dollars more. My meal was great, it was hot, fresh, juicy , and hands down some of the best chicken I’ve ever had from a kfc. The young lady brought me my order to my table when it was ready and even when I finished I just had my tray and remains to the side of my table and I was on my phone she came up to me and asked if i needed anything else, and i oh was I full and satisfied I said no i was done and she politely asked if I wanted her to take my tray and I said yes please and there she went off. I will definitely be returning to this KFC, food was great, customer service was way better than genuine restaurants , and i even got my order fast, what more is there to ask for. I stopped by with my family to eat here and they were so accommodating and helpful. Great customer service! I ordered the crispy chicken and found it very juicy and delicious. Everything was very fresh and good. Will be returning soon.

Where do I start? This is the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. The smell was disgusting, and the chicken was old and nasty. When I arrived, the store was completely empty, yet it still took about three minutes for the two employees to acknowledge me. They were both on their phones, which is unprofessional. The bathroom was filthy and smelled terrible. The lobby was also very dirty, even though no one was eating there. Overall, a terrible experience.

The customer service here is great, and the food is delicious. Everything that Nikki recommended me was so good. Chicken was hot and fresh. The Nashville hot famous bowl was delicious. The restaurant inside is very clean.

This place is absolutely disgusting! The moment you walk into the restaurant, there’s a nasty smell. I spent over $60 on chicken and simply asked the cashier for two ranches. He was about to give them to me, but the manager (named Sara) stopped him and said, “We charge for sauce.” I wouldn’t have minded paying, but her attitude was terrible especially after spending that much money. When I got home, the chicken was greasy, old, and disgusting. The mac and cheese wasn’t even warm it was completely cold. The fries were soggy and stale, like they’d been sitting out for over an hour. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. This place is a total waste of money. I don’t understand how people are leaving “good reviews” about this KFC. I’m never coming back again!
