Order was incorrect. Paid for cheese , didn’t get it. Fries weren’t cooked all the way , the burger was pink and cold all the way through in both patties on both burgers. The lady that took my order was polite. They pulled me forward to get me off of their timer, and still rushed the food. Spent 26 bucks on straight garbage. Its very clear they do NOT care about their job here.

I was heavily disappointed. My order took 45+ minutes for Burger King to have prepared. Additionally, the neglected to include any requested sauces and gave me Coke rather than a sweet tea. Our food tasted as if it was microwaved and the chicken was oddly burnt???

So heartbroken! Was so looking forward to a Whopper Jr. since we were in Hattiesburg and we don’t have a Burger King in our town. Also haven’t really had the money to eat out lately but decided to treat ourselves. Waited in a long drive through line for 20 minutes only to get home and find out I was given the wrong hamburger (Not the Whopper Jr add cheese and bacon that I ordered) and the Chicken in one of the Ch’Kings was overcooked and rubbery. Called to tell them and see if they could refund my card or anything and the guy who picked up the phone said “aww I’m sorry” in a condescending tone then hung up the phone.

This was my first time going to this burger King and my first time going to any burger King in years. Dudes at both windows were super nice and polite and all my food was hot and fresh (got chicken fries, a bacon cheeseburger and some cheesy tots definitely a variety). Everything was great. Will definitely start coming here when hungry and in town as I live in lumberton.
