I’m constantly coming here for their iced chai teas, and most of the time they’re amazing. On rare occasions, coffee gets added to the chai by mistake, but whenever that happens I just let them know and they always remake it without any issue.

Please give the staff some grace on busy days; this is one of the busiest spots in Oxford, especially
after big games, or on busy weekends. Just be prepared for a crowd, and you’ll have a great experience.

The staff was really friendly. The manager on duty at the time was Christopher. They were very helpful with helping me choose the perfect drink. With suggestions on flavors and was being offered for the season when came up with the perfect drink. I will frequent that location whenever I come back and also while passing through.

I know. This review is a little wonky. I haven’t ordered a sugar free vanilla latte in a while. Apparently the prices have increased. I paid $6.50 for this drink (grande) this morning. It was great. The service was great. I called Shadrachs Coffee down the street when I left. The same drink there is $5.00. I’ll be trying them out soon.

One thing about Starbucks is it’s consistent on most of their drinks and most of their locations. The staff is always friendly, but I’ve come to find out that they catered to the drive-through more so than a person that walks in. I still go there once or twice a day some reason I don’t know why but I do. That could be because I lived in Seattle for 30 years.

The shop is large, spaciousness not used too well, kinda cafeteria feel and noisy like that too. However, it’s got some really pretty wall hangings and neat decor details.

Bathrooms showed lack of love. Cashier was super nice – attentive, drink and snacks came out quickly but my drink was tasteless. After three tries, I got my ‘s worth.

When I let the manager? know about the restroom issue he was agreeable.

Note: Folks should not work at a coffee shop if they hate people and use their job to mete out passive aggressive meanness.

Overall, good experience. ☕️ Mistakes are normal, reactions are what we look for – on both sides. If your customer is pleasant and has manners, don’t be a weenie and get irked when we want our drink to be right – we pay for them.

placed a mobile order at 11:48 am and did not receive my drink until 2:34 pm. i waited inside the entire time and had complained 5 separate times about the fact i hadn’t received my drink. the first time i was told they lost my ticket and they’d get it made right away. it took them another hour and a half after that and it got to a point where once my friend and i would ask about our drink since she was dealing with the same issue they’d just completely ignore it. this is absolutely ridiculous and should not be normal the fact people were inside ordering and got their drinks 10 minutes later while we waited for HOURS is ridiculous.

Today I was at the drive-through and, after letting the employee named Caitlyn know that I had a mobile order, I asked, “May I please have three ice waters as well?” After a pause of several seconds, she responded with, “I guess.” This struck me as very poor customer service and came across as rude. When I asked her at the window if she was the one who said that, she admitted that she was but said she “didn’t mean to.” She also then proceeded to aggressively shut the window in my face.

I believe employees should always maintain awareness of their tone and manners when interacting with customers, as this directly reflects on the business and the customer experience.

This is unfortunately not the first negative experience I have heard of with Caitlyn (my family and friends have also had rude interactions with her), which is why I feel it’s important to write this review.

I understand it was christmas release day, but waiting 3 hours is insane! I ordered at 11:46 and didn’t get it till 2:37pm. People were ordering AND leaving with their drink one after another while I was still waiting. It took over an hour to notice they lost my ticket and went up to complain and they still failed to do anything about it. it took the 4th complaint and actually standing there until they made it, yet made it wrong! This is actually insane and absurd and the rude responses I got from the workers, they need an attitude check. I work at a starbucks in my hometown and this would have never happened or be acceptable!
