We love Dive Bar! They have the best wings, pizza and knots around AND they are dog friendly with their outside seating. We visit often and highly recommend you do too!!

Great peperoni pizza! By the slice. Pepperoni was thinly cut but rather large circles. Beer on tap. Cool things to look at. Rock n roll music playing. skater vibe to it. I like all the customer writing on the walls.

Damn…I really wanted to love it because the location and environment is kick-ass…but the pizza was not good…I ordered a “grandmother” which I had (perhaps incorrectly) assumed was a Sicilian style pie. The flavors are there…but my pizza was over-cooked to the point that it was like pizza jerky. Soooo chewy. I will give them another chance with a standard style pie and we’ll see if the crust holds up.

Dive bar is always had a very interesting dynamic between ordering your pizza and ordering your alcoholic beverages. The old location worked better that I think it does here. I’m not sure I understand the allure. The pizza is unremarkable if you’re buying by the slice. If you customize a full pie, for example their clam pie, the experience is much better. The location works to be close to the docks. But overall, this is certainly not a destination pizza.

not very impressed, it took them 45 minutes to bring out our food which was a simple 1 order of wings and 1 order of mozzarella sticks. the wings were comically, ridiculously saucy to the point that i could barely eat them. there was also crass graffiti in the bathroom.

Really great spot up in the marina district by the fishing pier. Would give 10 stars for atmosphere if I could. Wish I wasn’t driving I would have loved to get trashed here.

A visit here on 8/2/25 with friends was supposed to be a pleasant experience and turned highly negative. Initially, we were looking forward to trying the pizza.
However, the experience turned highly negative & confrontational when staff refused to accept valid Colorado IDs for alcohol purchases. Despite the IDs being legitimate, they were rejected, and service was denied, even though the IDs proved otherwise (and we weren’t even trying to buy alcohol).
The decision to refuse service, after already engaging with the group and taking their order, seemed arbitrary and unprofessional. New York State law states that valid driver’s licenses from any state, including Colorado, are acceptable forms of identification for purchasing alcohol. The staff’s refusal to recognize these official documents suggests a lack of training or potentially a misuse of authority, making the experience feel disrespectful and discriminatory.
This was a frustrating and demeaning situation. Our group of young vulnerable women was treated unfairly, and the evening was ruined because of the staff’s insistence on rejecting valid IDs for reasons that were unfounded.
We strongly urge management to review their policies regarding out-of-state IDs and ensure all staff members are properly trained on acceptable forms of identification. A lack of understanding in this area can lead to negative customer experiences and potential discrimination.

Recommendation: Others should be cautious when visiting Dive Bar Pizza, especially when relying on out-of-state IDs. It was extremely unfortunate that a simple pizza outing turned into such a negative and demeaning experience due to what seemed to be an abuse of authority by the staff.

The staff is so friendly. Girl at the counter is a total rockstar, and probably needs a pay raise! Service was a bit slow and backed up. Crowd is hit or miss! Most of the folks were nice and friendly, while the “younger” “30’s” crowd were passive aggressively rude. Food was awesome- we got ours to go, but had drinks while we waited.
