Worst Jack In the Box I have ever been to . Dirty dining area , very unsavory people laying in the walkway , disgusting restrooms, and to top it off NO MILKSHAKES OR ICE CREAM for the 4th time trying . The app is great and the Drive thru staff are very kind and always ask if want any sauce and sometimes place a coupon in our bag or hand it to us for a free fry with a purchase. We mainly go in the evenings. But went this morning to try a sourdough breakfast combo.

So here’s the scenario. I had a huge toothache and hadn’t eaten in a few days. We pull up and order. I ordered the Munchie meal with the extreme sausage because i figured it would be soft enough to enjoy. I opened my box when i got home only to find the fries were missing and tasted old as if they’d been sitting too long. The eggs in the sandwich were way over cooked and soaked in a dark grease. The sandwich was gross so i pulled the eggs out and tried to finish but couldn’t because i became extremely sick to my stomach. My wife ate some of the egg and also became sick. I didn’t throw up but definitely dry heaved multiple times. Not the place to go if your starving. It’s obvious the griddle needs to be cleaned.

Went at about 10:32 a.m. on Monday, May 24. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a vanilla with some chocolate syrup. I asked the employee if she could mix it more because it looked like vanilla and she told me they are just like that. They are in fact not like that because I told her I have gotten darker ones on the Yosemite Blvd Jack in the box in a Modesto. All I wanted was a CHOCOLATE milkshake… I have pictures too but can’t find where to upload at the moment… After tasting it, had to go back in drive through and tell her again that I did not want this milkshake and got my money back instead of another one because she did not look happy that I was not okay with a vanilla milkshake mixed with light syrup

The food was FRESH N’ HOT! Customer service and cleanliness is always among the best in Modesto. I love the aesthetic of the location. They have to deal with the riff raff the city allows to pyle up in Modesto. They definitely manage it well. Thank you Jack!
