If you haven’t tried this place yet, you are missing out. I have eaten here probably more than a dozen times over the years. It is always good, it is always fresh. Sometimes the wait can be long for pickup but if you want good quality food, in my opinion it’s worth the wait. I have eaten just about half of the items on the menu. Some of my favorites are the curries and the nooodle delight. I just tried the fried banana from the dessert menu. If you see it available…get it!!! I had 2 of them and was looking for more, they were so good. Can’t wait to try something new next time!

Tried the Pad Thai and a stir-fried entree. The Pad Thai leaned on the sweeter side, but the stir-fried was good. The flavors were okay, though nothing that really stood out for me personally. The wait for food was quite long (close to an hour), and the Thai iced tea was also too sweet. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return unless it was the only Thai option nearby, but I do hope the restaurant continues to grow and improve in these areas.

Cozy spot with excellent food. Portions were ample, flavorful, and well worth the price. Interior was welcoming enough—nothing too fancy, but had some inviting touches. Service was terrific: friendly, informative, and attentive. It was hard to decide what to get, so I over-ordered and brought a lot of delicious leftovers home…no regrets! A true gem in Ephrata—stop by if you’re anywhere near it and want some top notch Thai!

Anytime I get by this way, I like to stop here for food. Authentic Thai and Khmer food that is reasonablely priced and very delicious! Highly recommend this place! Great customer service and I know anything I get here will be delicious! I also love that I can order Thai spice level for my food and my husband can order no spice for his so both our preferences are met. Not all Thai restaurants make it authenticly spicy, but this place does!

Amazing food in taste and quality! Can’t believe I waited this long to check this place out. The appetizers are a bit pricey, but the entrees are a great value and drinks are typical. The dining area is on the small side and bit harshly lit, so not optimal for conversation, but was okay and not too loud over a weeknight dinner.

Been a huge fan of 3 Sisters Park for a few years now. The food is excellent. I know there’s a different 3 sisters out in Lancaster that kind of lets you make your own as you go but this establishment here is so much better. The taste is also booming and always hits the spot. The Panang Curry is great. The Thai tea is very good. If you still got room at the end, get the banana fried rolls

I, sadly, feel the need to change my rating for Three Sisters from 5 stars to 4. They still have the best food in Ephrata. Don’t think I will ever not crave their Pad Thai and iced coffee. They’re just that good! However, it’s the wait times after ordering that have been consistently been disappointing. And that’s probably a compliment to how good they are! I don’t normally dine in, but when I order take out and show up around the time they said it would be ready, more than enough times have I waited an additional 20-30 minutes. So again, trust me on the food, it’s spectacular. I would never stop recommending this restaurant, and I will continue to go. I just see this as an area I wish they could improve on a bit.

Simple, friendly restaurant with great food. We stopped by for lunch and were greeted with friendly service. The menu offered a good selection, but what I appreciated was that for every dish there was choice of spice level – from “no spice” (perfect for my wife) to “Thai hot” (I don’t even want to imagine). I got “medium” spice on my “Noodle Delight” and it was perfect for me. Some spice, but not overwhelming. And it was indeed a “delight”. The noodles and veggies were perfectly cooked – slightly crunchy veggies. The flavor was wonderful and the portion size ample but not excessive.
You can also choose your meat (or protein). I chose pork and it was great. My wife got Cha Cashew with chicken. She loved it.
The place was very clean, pleasant and simple. The service friendly and prompt. The food took a while to arrive, but that (I’m sure) was because it was freshly prepared (that’s why it was so good).
Prices were very reasonable.
Overall I’d say we’re adding this to our short list of favorite Ephrata restaurants. We will most certainly be back.

Came for lunch today and the meal well worth the drive and wait. Yes, service is a bit slow but now that you know that, let’s get on with what’s good. The dinning area is smallish but cozy in a old small town way. Service is well slow but friendly enough. Once the food order is in it’s comes out in a timely manner. Portions should fill most and the appearance is eye pleasing. Prices are as expected and parking was free. As been said: this is a great place to eat just be prepared for a wait.
