Usually, Red Ribbon has good cakes and we always love their mango cake but one time, my dad bought a birthday cake called the Sans Rival cake to try something new. When we came home, we found out that we had spent $20 on a small biscuit cake which tasted really BAD. We tried to return it but they turned us away, which really shows that they don’t care about their customers. Overall, a very disappointing experience…never going back again
