Today (01/06) around 4:45 PM I bought a footlong wheat tuna sandwich, and the bread was clearly stale. It wasn’t soft at all—dry, hard, and felt like it was from yesterday. This is completely unacceptable. If the bread isn’t fresh, it should not be served to customers. I wasted my money and will not be coming back.

Extremely slow!!!!!! One person working the front while at least 2 people are in the back. I know for a fact 2 people because while I was waiting in the line (a longgggg line) they came up to the front then went straight back to the back. They don’t have a toaster and haven’t for a few months and the tend to be out of at least 1 thing every time I come here. I could deal with all that if maybe they was just a little bit faster. This is a truck stop…. people stop by here to get in and get out, not to be waiting in line for 20+ minutes. Do better Subway!!!!!!

I have never had an issue with this location until today. I placed an online order for pickup and my husband went to grab it. He got there at the designated time (it still took almost 20 minutes past that timeframe) when he finally got it both sandwich’s were a mess. I ordered mine with heavy oil and vinegar which they did not do and all the sauce on his was sprayed on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich. He asked them to simply add more oil and vinegar and was met with a RUDE attitude. The lady upfront said “ I could but I don’t feel like putting gloves on” and then went to the lady who made them who flat out refused to fix the sandwich. When he showed them the instructions that showed what I ordered the lady simply said “ I didn’t see the instructions until after I made the sandwich” which made her look pretty incompetent since she didn’t read the instructions for the sandwich she was making. Either way rude behavior and bad service. We are requesting a full refund since they couldn’t figure out how to read.

Sonia was the kindest subway artisan I’ve ever gotten served by. She was kind and made sandwich recommendations. My sandwich was so amazing. Transaction 9061110 08/20/24 subway store 31249 time 17:17 clerk 1231. I promised her a survey and didn’t get to do it in time. So I came to google to honor my word. She was amazing! I ordered a breakfast sandwich big mistake. My sandwich artist couldn’t remember what I ordered, had to reminded 3 times. No whole eggs, I was told that she didn’t want to get them out of freezer. Bread was hard! So most of $5 6 inch sandwich is in the trash. Buyers beware! This is a Pilot flying j owned location.
