The people in here were absolutely great. Customer service was 10-10!! The food was delicious as well. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was fantastic. I would come again & also recommend this place to everyone I know.

Completely disappointed with the service. I came in today with my daughter and the employees look like they don’t want to be here and they’re not afraid to show you. Stood at the register for a while without being acknowledged by any of them. Which is ok, I understand they’re busy preparing orders. Then a gentleman approaches the register and continue to fumble through other things, still ignoring me and finally he stands in front of the register and stares at me. I give greet him and place my order which he seemed annoyed to have to take. Then we get the food and I get the opposite of what I ordered. I’m not surprised it was wrong since this is the attitude they are working with. The restaurant was not busy, I was the only person at that time. A simple hello won’t kill anyone. Or at least make sure you get the order right.

There always a problem with the service here , they don’t do the smoothies how is supposed to be and they give you attitude when you tell them that it taste wrong, the new staff needs better training, look at this American wrap n tell me if that the way it should be

My experience was disappointing. I ordered an açaí bowl, and while the flavor was good, the portion was extremely small and looked nothing like the picture they advertise.
Additionally, the place was dirty, and the service was terrible. The cashier was more focused on their phone than on helping customers. They never looked at us, never greeted us, and just rushed through the order to get back to their phone. They didn’t even ask for our name and just made one up, which caused confusion when our order was ready.
The service and cleanliness need serious improvement for this place to be worth visiting again.

it’s not that the acai bowls are bad but the service is not good. they threw my acai bowl in the bag and it looked like a disaster, the cup had about 10% acai and 90% granola. i don’t understand how that’s possible. then i gave them another chance and i go back another day but they gave my acai bowl wrong. it’s not what i asked for so idk if it’s that they don’t listen or what it is but i wish the service was better here because it does taste good! but please do better.

I didn’t know when they make our flatbreads they throw them down the stairs and give it a gentle kick before giving it to us. I ordered this last week and my flatbread looked like this but worse, still today this isn’t acceptable.
We spent over $60 today and this is what we got
A chicken bacon ranch with NO RANCH
The bleeding out pesto flatbread
One out of the two wraps was broken in half
NO NAPKINS
NO STRAWS
How is this acceptable? I’d rather wait longer and get my order accurate and presentable than some left overs a person left on the side of the road.
If this was an order I placed to take on a first date at a park with no straws or napkins and everything else they would have left and I’d be single for life. It’s not that hard to make the food the right way. It clearly just shows the lack of consideration the fact this isn’t the first time this happens.
