Have been here many times over the years, was my go-to spot for a burrito for a while. Food is good and the portion sizes are generous. They make great homemade hot sauce and chimichurri sauce. Last night, we all enjoyed our takeout orders (steak burrito, chicken enchiladas, a taco salad, and a taco bowl). However, the chicken empanadas we ordered were disappointing – the chicken was very dry and lacked flavor, didn’t seem fresh.

The food was good. The rice was very flavorful. However, the service isn’t the best. The ladies in the front didn’t even tell us how our order was coming along while we stood there waiting. I would come back for the food if I was in the area though.

Wow, just picked this place because it was a convenient meetup; but, we were extremely surprised! The food was fresh, hot, prepared great And worth every penny – but really a great deal. The sangria was great as well. The waitress was very attentive. We may make road trips just to go back! Try the fried cheesecake and the chocolate cake afterwards! No regrets

This place was cute, and had some authentic feeling atmosphere. Pretty open visually, but cozy feeling. Seating was hard, but it also doesn’t seem meant for long drawn out lunches.
A nice selection if drinks. I ordered the mojito and did not finish it. The lime in it was too much, and though the menu referred to a pinch of sugar, I didn’t taste nor see a grain a granule of sugar.
The supplied chips and salsa, the first round brought out was bottom of bag and a ton of tiny pieces so our fingers kept going into the salsa. when we mentioned it, the kind waitress brought us a new batch which was nice.
The salsa was yummy, a slight hint of heat – I am sensitive to it so the average person probably won’t notice it.
I had the pork and Mexican rice. Portion wise it was a great amount. The meat was pretty basic in flavor, good but nothing that stuck out as amazing, it was cooked well and not chewy or dry. The rice again, pretty basic, as if sazon was used but 2 packets short of hitting the flavor mark, at least in that batch.
Hubs had the steak tacos with chimichuri. Flavor for the chimi was good, but not enough. He was happy though and cleared his plate.
Overall, I’d give this place 3.5 stars but Google doesn’t do halves, so I rounded up. We will likely go back at some point, but not in a rush. It’s nice for a quick lunch.

Ursula the new owner was front of the house, a very good start! I ordered a chicken tamale and two tacos. One taco with pork the other with chicken. All the dishes were delicious and super fresh! Full bar too! Must be a local favorite, as I pulled in 4 patrol cars were parked in the parking lot. I thought it must be good if the cops were eating here!

Use to love this place. I have ordered the pork chop meal many times. It use to come with 2 big Pork chops covered with this amazing spicy sauce. The meal was always too much to eat in one sitting. The left overs would taste even better the next day. It was well worth the 17 dollars. I Went there yesterday and was very disappointed. The meal came with one small pork chop and the sauce was bland. I was told that the meal came with one 8oz pork chop instead of two 4oz chops (as in the past).
I cook pork chops quite often. It is one of my “go to” choices when ever I dine out. I know the difference between 4 and 8 ounces of meat. I was asked if I wanted them to get the scale out so they could weigh it. I refused and decided to not make a scene.

So this was my first time dining here and I will definitely be back. For lunch I had the chimichurri steak and a white sangria Yum! It was absolutely delicious with their house made Chipotle hot sauce. For dessert I have the Churros Deluxe, which are churros with ice caramel drizzle and whipped cream! Everything was great! Even the service.

I want to preface this this review with saying that I used to eat at this place often years ago and the menu was stellar. I have no idea why the new owners changed up the recipes of the menu but it is not a positive one. The service was stellar and the waitress was incredibly kind. I Ordered super tacos and they were so disappointing. They tasted nothing like they used to. The infamous hot sauce that used to be so amazing is nowhere to be seen and the queso looked and smelled bad. The food was so underwhelming and a real let down.

Clean restaurant and restroom. Friendly service, amazing quality of food. The Vegetable Taco Bowl includes zucchini, peppers and mushrooms, they were cooked to perfection. The churros were so fresh and so delicious, they were the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area!
