Hands down one of the most authentic Sichuan restaurants I’ve had in the U.S. The flavors are bold, spicy, and truly legit — not toned down at all. The Mao Xue Wang is packed with flavor, and the braised chicken with potatoes is super comforting and delicious.

The noodle dishes are a must-try. The beef noodle soup, sour and spicy noodles, and Chongqing noodles all taste incredibly authentic. The beef noodle soup in particular gave me serious “back in China” vibes — rich broth, perfect seasoning, and very satisfying.

If you’re craving real Sichuan food and not Americanized Chinese, this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back.

First time trying out Szechuan Kitchen! We had the dan dan noodles and the crispy with chili peppers, both were gone but they both had a Saffron licorice after taste and the chicken had tiny bones that could definitely break a tooth. They had good flavor but I’d remove the bone and do less Saffron. Also tried the sweet and sour pork which was very tasty. Good serving sizes for all 3. Restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly! Additional photos located on my profile page and videos on my Instagram page @Primarilylasvegas

My quest for perfect Spicy Boiled Beef in Sichuan Chili Sauce began when Yunnan Garden shut down. Let me tell you, the search is over! This place is the real deal—confirmed the moment I heard the staff speaking fluent Sichuan dialect. The dish was incredibly delicious, the portion was massive, and the value was outstanding. I live over 20 miles from here, but I’d drive twice that distance for authenticity and flavor this good!

My hairstylist recommended this Sichuan restaurant next door. It was absolutely fantastic! The Mapo Tofu was crispy and fragrant, and the garlic sprouts and twice-cooked pork were both delicious, especially the garlic sprouts, which were incredibly flavorful and spicy. The hot brown sugar tofu pudding was smooth and tender, with a rich aroma of brown sugar and peanuts. Definitely worth coming back to!

Finally! AUTHENTIC Szechuan cuisine in Vegas!

As a family from Szechuan, we’re absolutely thrilled to have discovered THE most authentic Szechuan restaurant in Las Vegas! The owner/chef from Chengdu trained at the region’s premier culinary school – and his expertise shows in every single dish.

Two visits in, and we’re blown away. The Twice Cooked Pork? Perfection. The authentic ingredients transported us straight home. Our second visit featured Spicy Boiled Fish Fillet in Sichuan Chili Sauce, Stir-Fried Pork Kidney (the BEST we’ve had outside China!), Eggplant in Garlic Sauce, and freshly made Brown Sugar Tofu Pudding that actually surpassed what we’ve had in Szechuan itself!

The wonderful staff is friendly, attentive, and their recommendations are spot-on. They truly understand their menu and are eager to help.

We’re so grateful for this gem of a restaurant! It’s not just a meal – it’s a taste of home that we’ll be savoring again and again. Thank you for bringing authentic Szechuan cuisine to Vegas with such passion and skill!

This is an authentic spicy and numbing sichuan style restaurant. The decorations and vibe is very ordinary with simple booth seating. The food however is good with good flavors in addition to spicy and numbing tastes. Overall, we had a good experience here.

I can in at around 11:10 PM, and a young lady kindly sat me and immediately provided me the menu and some water! Really good service! Then I looked that there was a lunch menu, and it was definitely a good deal!

The food was amazing, and definitely tastes authentic. I grew up in SF where I was eating frequently at really good Szechuan restaurants. This place reminded me of home, and I will definitely be coming back 🙂

Cold scallion chicken is super tasty — juicy, flavorful, a bit bony but worth it.
Mao Xue Wang is fire — spicy, loaded, and you can sub intestines for beef. Love that.
Perfect with rice. Super friendly service. I’ll be back for sure!
