This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The food is always hot and fresh and they always get my order right. I love the new AI drive-thru. I wish that my Taco Bell could be this good every time. I drive out to this one because the one in Ocean Springs on Bienville is so bad.

So, I just stopped by here about 8:20PM with my two kids (9 and 4). Ordered our food and elected to dine in. 40 MINS LATER, we were still waiting on our food. I had two people ask my name for the order about 30 mins after we placed it. Anyway, an entire bus of kids came in after we placed our order and picked up their food. Four different people came in and placed their order at the counter and also, received their food. The bus, I’m sure was a pick up order, but, it is the point. Finally 45 minutes waiting with two kids, I get our food. The person who put it on the counter slung it down, didn’t apologize for anything and walked away. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED, at a fast food restaurant. And oh by the way, this is how we found our food when we opened the bag. We were hoping to eat in the dining room but a 45 minute wait on a school night at taco bell didn’t allow that.

Rude, rounded up my purchase for the donation anyways to make “her numbers look better” without telling me after I’d already said no when asked.
Rushed me out of the drive thru “for her numbers” before I could even get the Taco Bell bag out her hands.
Put the food in the bag upside down and it was wrapped poorly so it was wasted food at the bottom of a paper bag.
This location is horrible.

The food is always fresh and service is fast but evertime I go into this establishment the managers are standing around doing nothing or outside smoking. They’re always giving the employees who are working a hard time. Complaining and not trying to help the ones who are already staying busy. This shouldn’t be heard by customers and is not okay. Need new managers.

We asked if we could order at the counter was told no had to use the kiosk. The modification we requested were not implemented, my daughters quesadillas had almost no cheese in them. I don’t think we will bother to come back to this location.

Since this post I have gone back to this location four or five times and received steak burritos instead of chicken every time that I’ve ordered. I went into the store today because my order was wrong and the manager assured me that I received chicken as I ordered. Once I made it home, I saw that they were steak.
Also, no matter how much sauce you ask for or if you say you want none they give you a bag full of sauce. This is where they’re losing money. The size of the burritos are half the size that they’re supposed to be if they would not give away so many sauces, maybe they wouldn’t lose so much money.
I ordered a steak quesarita and was charged for a steak quesadilla. I would have been ok with it, but the quesadilla had next to no filling in it. This is the very reason I stopped going to Taco Bell for years. They do not put anything on the bread.
Sept. 15 2022. I received the food that you see in the photos below. It looked as if someone balled my burrito up in their hand and it was not even closed. My pizza was thrown together.

This place put sour cream on my chalupa, when I SPECIFICALLY chose no sour cream in my order. Then they even put sour cream on my REGULAR CRUNCHY TACO. It doesn’t even come with sour cream. And they forgot my boyfriend’s cheese sauce for his chips. Terrible experience, 0/10, very irritated.

Went here on a whim (despite reviews) because it was close to the hotel and haven’t had TB in a while. Needless to say these folks done me right. Everything from the speed of the drive through, to packaging, to order appearance was spot on. I dont know what they’re doing right here but other taco bells need to model this standard.
