With all the hype from Guy Fieri and others I gave it a shot. The food was just ok. I can’t say a lot but it was average. Seemed fresh. I will return and try other sandwiches. The empanadas were nothing stellar but average. I’ve had better. The fry oil was fresh so a plus there! The Porchetta with their version of chorizo was dry and bland. I think I prefer Mexican chorizo over the Argentinean.

The service was stellar! I really appreciate the patience of the young lady who took my order. She explained everything about the restaurant including the history?

Inside the restaurant was cool decor. I give it higher stars for this!

I’m a Huge fan of Guy Fieri’s Triple D and truly enjoyed finding this Great spot on his list. I can add it to the over 50 I’ve been to so far. Definitely one of my favorites. Unfortunately for me, I happened to visit today while they are doing a massive renovation so it was drive through only. Looks like business is going Great for them!!!! I ordered an Argentine Chorizo Empanada, Choripan sandwich and Churros with Carmel sauce. As guy would say they were Out of Bounds!

My husband and I travel from the south side for their delicious food daily often. It’s unique and a great option when you need something different. We’ve had just about every empanada on the menu. We both have our select faves, but often try their limited time flavors as well. They have a wide variety to choose from. Don’t skip the chimichurri mayo

Before Che Chori, I didn’t think I liked chorizo, at all. One day my husband randomly order the Chori Pan. It’s an Argentinian chorizo sausage sandwich. Even though my preconceived notions told me I dislike chorizo, I tired it. It destroyed all false beliefs! The sandwich is amazing!

Lastly, they do have a small desert menu. We’ve tired the churros which were perfection! You can order online and pull through the drive thru to pick up or place your order inside and they’ll bring it out to you! Their customer service is unmatched! Everyone is friendly and ready to give suggestions.

Cute spot. Friendly service. I ordered the 3 empanadas (southwest and spinach)and chips. Plus the peach cobbler and ice cream. I’m not a fan of peach cobbler but surprisingly, it was the best one I had. My total for everything was about $21. The churros were also really good. The chips tasted homemade. The southwest had too many tomatoes for my liking.

I ordered ten birria empanadas and caught an amazing deal! My boyfriend and I are officially obsessed and can’t wait to try everything on the menu. Thank you for the incredible food quality, that signature birria touch, perfectly balanced seasoning, and overall outstanding food. Truly excellent—thank you!

Second visit to Che Chori yesterday. Since we don’t go very often, we have only had the empanadas, fries, and churros and all have been very fresh and tasty with large portions. Excited for their dine-in to be open in 2026 and to try many more items on the menu! Although we haven’t visited many times, the service has always been very friendly and helpful. Word of advice, upgrade to the fries, they are fantastically crispy, flavorful, and meaty inside, but they are a huge portion that can be shared by at least 2 people. Happy eating!

So delicious! We had their empanadas at a party in December then ordered them at home the next month. Next level flavor! Every single one is amazing. And the fries were a hit too!

We loved this so much we went twice in two days!

The first day we had the Porchetta sandwich and an empanada combo with birria, argentine chorizo and thanksgiving empanadas. Literally every bite was better than the last and everything went so well together. The birria was some of the best I’ve ever had and the Porchetta, OMG it was so good!

We actually loved the empanadas so much we went back the next day to get a dozen frozen to bring back home and we will share Thanksgiving empanadas with our family for the holiday feast.

The people who worked here were all so wonderful and helpful with ordering and packaging everything so nicely. On the second day we also got to try the traditional Alfajores cookies and if we had know they were so good, we would have ordered more of those as well! This place is a gem and I wish we lived closer, but are very happy they ship!

Awesome empanadas! Lots of great choices at a reasonable price! The best one by far is the Birria empanada, it’s so good! The churros also taste good too! They are fried so if you eat a few you will feel a bit heavy after, but it’s okay to indulge every once in a while 😉 the guy who took our order was super nice and he even came out to our car to check in and see how we liked the food! No seating options other than outside on a few picnic tables, very takeout oriented. They even had a drive thru.
