Great customer service, all the girls were super friendly & nice! Tried the new banana pudding drink and it was very good (will have to come back to get it again). Also I think it’s a nice location, lots of seating, good music, just a good place to come and hang out 🙂

I absolutely love this service and the wonderful atmosphere! The place is beautiful, clean, and inviting, especially sitting outside in such lovely weather. I definitely plan to come back. Just a little side note: the food was relatively healthy for my taste—perhaps a bit more seasoning would be needed. However, I must say that the drinks are incredible! Thank you for keeping such a clean and welcoming space. Great job!

Have to admit the coffee looked a little weak when it came out the window, but it was definitely fire in the end.

This cafe is such a fun place to stop in at. I always get the caramel vanilla best drink and its so sweet and tasty. It was rather busy today but Alyssa i think it was seemed so organized. She was getting everyone’s drinks out fast and I would hear her let them know what was still coming and even going into the back to help grab food. As a manager of a restaurant I would love to have a worker like her. You can’t train attitude and she had such a fun and light hearted attitude even with how busy it looked. Props to her and the sweet girl on cashier that I forgot to ask her name but had sorry hair!

This better buzz is by far my new go to coffee shop! The coffee is so solid and the staff is always so sweet and fun. Alyssa and Marley are so sweet and so helpful. We sat outside and they didnt hesitate to bring out our Items when they were ready. Its also so clean inside and the music is always a vibe. 10 out of 10!

First time coming here with positive vibes and probably the last. Took a while to place order in drive thru even though we were the only ones in line. Asked for a breakfast crunch wrap didn’t have it. Ended up getting a turkey and pesto. Would’ve rather crumpled up $12 and ate that. Tasted like cardboard with pesto. Asked for a large iced Pumpkin Chai and got a shot worth of it. For being a little pricey compared to other places I had higher expectations. Disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at Better Buzz today thanks to an awesome employee running the drive thru. From the moment I pulled up, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping figure out what kind of drink I would like. Her customer service is outstanding, professional, upbeat, and attentive in a way that really makes the visit feel special. I ended up getting a Mint Infused Iced Coffee and even decided to give the Bacon Ciabatta a try. Both excellent. Starbucks needs to step there game up.

I had a really disappointing experience at Better Buzz this past weekend when i came in with my sister. The girl at the drive-thru window was rude and made me feel rushed while ordering, which wasn’t appreciated at all. I understand places get busy, but basic customer service goes a long way.
I was also asked to park for just one item, and when I finally received it, it wasn’t even good. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and frustrating. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because this visit definitely missed the mark.

This was an easy 5 star experience. The atmosphere is exquisite and warm. I am a 75 year old disabled veteran and I can’t believe the service I receive when I am there. Rose, at least I think that’s her name, is an amazing employee that is always one step ahead of me when it comes to my yummy coffee needs. The coffee, speaking of, is absolutely amazing as well! It bring me me right back to the 1960s when I was young and just getting into my little silly coffee habit. I love this place and I would t change a thing. I enjoy living my final days out here and this place just makes it that much better! Thank you for existing!
