I had to add the iconic Kentucky Fried Chicken to my ongoing endeavor of finding the best chicken sandwich for on the go! There was no wait time at the drive through on a weekday afternoon around 2pm. I went with the original chicken sandwich meal that came with one side and what looks to be a medium fountain drink. They do offer an upgrade for $1.99 for a second side and upgrades you to Large size. I declined that option. I pulled up to the window with no wait time and food was ready as I paid. That being said everything was pre prepared and sitting under heating lamps. The fries were hot but overly crisp and many small broken pieces in an already small fry. They should have been replenished sooner than my order. I did not really need them anyway I just wanted the fountain drink with the sandwich so not a deal breaker. The sandwich was warm with pickles and mayo. Decent size not super crisp, a little on the soggy side. I ate it off the bun. I’m not sure the meat is 100% chicken, it appears to be somewhat processed. Rounded up to $10 for the meal. No receipt was provided so I’m not sure if breakdown. It was ok for fast food. Not sure Colonel Sanders would approve, it certainly was not finger licking good. I’ll probably skip the KFC for price and quality.

Difficult to screw up the food itself, but it took over 20 minutes to get it. I think only Three people were working so there was no way for them to keep up in a timely way. I ordered in the app and sat down and waited. After several customers were served at the counter I decided to get up and check on the status of my order. The girl said she was “working on it right now”. The dining area was not clean. Nobody had time to come out and wipe tables or the floor. The mat in front of the counter is so sticky it comes up when you lift your foot! I couldn’t wait to walk through the snow when we left. The food itself was hot and delicious as expected and this “meal for two” is well priced for all it includes: two sandwiches, four strips, two drinks and two small sides. As we exited, there were four customers at the counter trying to get the attention of someone behind the counter. It took a while for him to respond because the other two workers were outside chatting with someone in a truck.

Waited in line for 15 minutes to place my order with two other people ahead of us. We were told they will take our order in a moment and then 5 minutes later we were told they won’t take our order and they’re closing the inside due to “staffing” as we were leaving another 2 customers were walking inside, 1 because the drive thru staff never returned her credit card and then 2nd was because half of their order was missing. I’m surprised this place is even still in business with the quality of workers they staff.

You know, even if they mess up they still make it right, I appreciate them taking care of me on the extra crispy tonight after a few times of not having it. I pick this up for my mother, she has stage 4 renal cancer, she looks forward to the extra crispy. They did right, thank you.

The chicken was fresh but the potatoes tasted like there were there a while. Waited a while to be acknowledged by someone to take my order and then he acted like I was putting him out. Never called my name when the order was done. Not a fan of this location

Consistently, I order my food ahead of time and it is never ready. They always find out when I arrive that there’s no chicken ready. How is there no chicken ready at KFC? I’ve given it countless tries over the last 2-3 years and unfortunately they just can’t figure it out. Not sure who the manager is here because there’s never one around but when you are low on chicken just make more.

Update… gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried that location again on 7/14/2024…. good thing I checked my bag before leaving because they forgot an entire 2 piece meal from my order. I’ve also attached a photo of one of sandwiches (how it was packaged) and another of the state of the prep area. Gross… just gross.
Hire a real crew that takes pride in what they do there for crying out loud.
Stopped in for take out and when I got my food home my large Cole slaw and small side of Mac and cheese was not in the bag. Tried calling the store and it just rang and rang.
Doesn’t any of these store managers or district managers teach their employees quality control anymore? Cashier was cool guy and nice… but the people that put my order together obviously don’t take pride in thier job. Also, some of the chicken was dry and seemed like it had been sitting around awhile.
DISTRICT MANAGER- this is on you ultimately. Checking the previous negative reviews on this store dating back years clearly shows that you’re doing nothing to remedy this problem.
