I really enjoyed my visit to Einstein Bros. The Maplehouse and Blueberry bagels were both fresh and delicious. The only downside was that the cream cheese portion was a little too light—I wish they had given me more to balance the bagel. Overall, though, it was a good experience and I’d definitely come back again.

I ended up coming in to place a pretty large order. I forgot to place an order ahead of time. While there I was greeted with warm smiles. They also worked with me through the large order. They made it a smooth process. Everyone at the office loved the bagels, muffins, etc. Stop in and ask for Samira!!!

Stopped by in the late morning on Wednesday and I was greeted as soon as I walked in! This location looked clean and tidy! I noticed their bagel selection is smaller than the other locations in town.
I ordered the Garden Avacado Egg sanwich and the Bros Bay Breeze juice refresher. I waited about 5-10 minutes for my order. My order was to-go and ate my sandwich at home. It was good! I would definitely order 2 eggs next time and add a little salt! The drink was too sweet for my liking and would skip the juice refreshers next time.
Just an FYI – there is no drive-thru at this location which is a bummer.
Overall I would definitely stop by again if I’m in the area but wouldn’t go out of my way to come to this location.

The Einsteins here is special, from the food to the service and overall kindness and care from the team, they take care of you right and make you feel welcome and comfortable stopping by 🙂 I could not say better things and the way they run things is to perfection! Make this your go-to breakfast joint

“Fast food” is not a term I would use to describe this place. Sure the food came out fine, but I walked in at 10:23 and didn’t get out until 11:09. I understand they messed up my order, but the fact I had to remind them 3 times that I did not get the correct order is ridiculous. Kind employees but terribly mismanaged.

This has to be the worst location. 5 workers In the back and one person working. This is the second time we have come here and it’s ridiculous and takes forever. Two people inline ahead of us and we just ordered 4 bagels. No sandwiches or coffee or anything. Literally 4 bagels and it has taken more than 20 minutes each time. We will not be back.

Very disappointed in this location. I was happy that it was much closer to where I’m located and I’ve been going to Einstein bros since I was a little girl. I was disappointed that my bagel wasn’t correct, the manager told me that the sandwich I get from other locations, that they’re making it wrong. I got the maplehouse and it had none of the crunch topping that is usually on top. I will be returning to the other locations I usually visit.

Looks like it’s set up to be a to go or online order store only. Nowhere good to form a line, nowhere good to wait. Ordered a regular coffee and un toasted bagel. Waited 15+ mins to get my bagel, and they only had decaf or dark roast to choose from for coffee. Staff was very nice, but you could tell they were overwhelmed, so I don’t blame them for the wait time, it is what it is
Even better, when I went to drink my coffee I noticed my cupholder was full of coffee, and noticed the cup was leaking at the seam all the way down the cup. It soaked through so much the sleeve fell apart, and all my coffee was sitting at the bottom of my cupholder.

Be prepared for very long wait times. The staff are so chill and easygoing, unfortunately they’re severely understaffed. Help your staff and hire some people

I ate there this weekend with my friends and we all had a really good time! the service was amazing, i was served by maya, she was super sweet spoke to me so nicely, and i talked to Kuhmora and the manager crystal, they were super sweet, i got a maple-house egg sandwich, and it was the best thing i ever ate. it was spot less in there as-well. there was an out door area me and my friends sat at it was nice to sit outside.I really like it there and would go again and would recommend if you’re hungry after shopping at the mall or just in the mood for bagels i would definitely go there!
