Clean seating area. Manager wasn’t that friendly when I mentioned doing a review. Not a good look from a management perspective. But overall the food was ok…. you know the basic 11 herbs and spices KFC chicken we know and love.

Bought a family pack and drove 20 minutes home for dinner. The chicken was overcooked and dried out. Liked like it had been under heat lamps for hours. Called the store and had to drive back to the store to exchange the chicken.

3 times in a row we ordered spicy chicken sandwiches. The pack said spicy but they were not. The third time I asked them to please double check. She assured me they were correct. Got home, neither was spicy. Will never order again.

The service was fine, just a few minutes wait. Order taker was pleasant and prompt. The order was quick and again staff were fine.
This is an older KFC, so the parking lot and drive through could use some TLC. A few potholes and narrow parking spaces.
Overall for a KFC this location is good.

Terrible. Placed order and paid. To then be told the item wasn’t available. No offer to cook some more pot pies. We never got offered a refund, but an alternative. Chicken breast with Mashed potatoes. Order came no potatoes, just the two extra sides we had also ordered originally. Go back to counter, and the kid tried to tell us we had our sides. Finally got them to understand, and had them dumped on the counter. Rude and Incompetent. They don’t deserve $5 an hour, and definitely not $15. Will never go here again. The staff don’t know their feet from their hands.. No wonder the place was empty.

We pulled up around 9:20 pm all the lights were off in the dining area already so I thought maybe they were closed. The lady came on and asked for our order so we placed what we wanted. Then she asked for us to pull forward. We sat waiting for 23 minutes. Once she brought the food out it was missing several items. I asked politely for what was missing. She said she was going to get it. Even after that we were still missing items. I was annoyed by this time and just decided to go on home so I wasn’t rude to anyone because it took alot not to be. I really hope this establishment gets it together.

I love how your drive thru cashier wears her mask under her chin!! If you don’t care about your customers health then I don’t care to visit your business again!! Good luck with your future business and your employees health! I’m sure you’ll be able to replace her when she’s either in the hospital or on a ventilator! Good business decision on your management part! It just shows how much you care about them or more importantly your customers!!

I ordered a $30 12 piece meal with 3 sides at the drive thru and went home. When I arrived home I opened the bucket of chicken that looked like I was sitting for a while that was cold and there was only 8 pieces of chicken. I called the store and then went back. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I had to wait. I waited about 10 minutes and Zack finally came out. When I asked for contact information from the manager to make a complaint he told me he didn’t know any numbers to call and it was in Kentucky. I went to take a photo because he acted like he couldn’t care less about my complaint, and he walked off. I filled out a survey with KFC and got an I’m Sorry and we hope you visit us again. When I got home I finally had 12 pieces of fresh chicken and 3 cold side dishes and rock hard biscuits. I like KFC but not from this location ever again !

We had to wait 25 minutes for supposedly fresh extra crispy chicken. Which was undercooked, and not the pieces that i ordered. Which they charge me extra for dark meat and gave me white meat. Gave me no honey no butter and no napkins and no utensils at all. I’ve been to a lot of KFC’s and eat there quite often. This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with and I know dealing with bad customer service because I work in the industry myself.
