3 strikes your OUT!!! Don’t waste your money or time. Gave them 3 tries and tonight was the worst. No food the staff bs standing around doing nothing. Was standing there and no one even acknowledged me after a few the lady finally said what can I get you I got a bowl and a burrito portions sucked. Both were salty and not good. Chipotle do better. Spent 28 dollars on some nasty food. Also lady did a terrible job wrapping my burrito.

The portions were completely off. I ordered a burrito with white rice, chicken, and cheese. I got mostly white rice, medium to none chicken, and barely any cheese. Definitely one of the worse Chipotles I’ve been to. 3 stars.

Placed an online order 45 mins prior to pick up. A 58 dollar order. I ordered two bowls, two large queso, a large chip and a drink. We arrived at the time we scheduled to pick up and our food was ready. On the drive home I checked the bag. Everything was accounted for except the large queso’s we ordered at almost 6 dollars each were only filled half way. So I purchased large queso but got small portions.. rip off. Also for a UPCHARGE added queso to one of the bowls and did not receive that. The whole situation could have been resolved by an employee or manager stating when picking up the food that they were unable to do the amount asked for and settled for less and a refund, but that wasn’t done nor acknowledged. For the future they should keep that in mind and make sure the customer receives what they actually ordered.

Went to this Chipotle last night and the service was honestly awesome. The staff was friendly, fast, and actually cared about getting the order right instead of just rushing people through the line. Everyone was upbeat and helpful, which you don’t always get late in the day.
Food was fresh, the place was clean, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Big shoutout to the team working — they made it a really good stop. Will definitely be back.

This was my first time eating at any Chipotle. The manager happened to be the one who took my order. I let him pick what I got since i wasn’t sure what to order. He made me a bowl with rice, beef, pinto beans, peppers, queso, guacamole, and sour cream. I took it to go. It was very good. I’ll get two meals out of this bowl! I like to eat clean when possible, so i avoid fast food, but I will definitely eat from this location again.

I never leave negative reviews first of all. Chipotle consistently let’s me down though. No matter the location the best part is their commercials which should be branded as “false advertisement”. The steak is always two things 1. Over spiced and 2. 50% fat. I end up throwing half out. And I burp it up for two days after not a pleasant experience. Quality control seems to be non existent as well. If the grills aren’t filthy they are always “out” of key ingredients. And I watched them dump new chicken on top of old (container was still about 1/4 full) wth???Who wants to end up eating the old cold stuff from the bottom? Lack of care at this chain and lowest quality ingredients. I’m now officially out and give up. My apologies for this review but enough was enough shame on me I guess.

Went there for dinner, waited 20 minutes in line watching people get good portions but when me and my fiance got up to the line, they tried giving us half a scoop of white rice, and 4 pieces of carne asada because there was no communication from the line to the kitchen saying what they needed and when, the workers were rude when we asked for more rice, then the cashier came up to the line girl and started giving her problems in the middle of a rush causing us to leave. Was extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend until they have everything truly figured out

Second time I ate here. I was so excited for this place to open. The first time the lady put barely any barbacoa on so I asked for more and fished through a sea of sauce to get it and I got a literal tablespoon with a $6.00 upcharge. When i saw the receipt I almost drove back to talk about it. It was $60 for three skimpy bowls!!
Second time was the same. Super small bowls and I asked for a water cup and they said they don’t do that here. I’m 33 years old I’m not stealing soda im thirsty!!

Edit: The service here has gotten alot better. There is one female manager who seems to be taking care of everything and really hospitable. The rest of the staff here are really good too. Also, the portions are better now, not that half a scoop of meat bs Chipotle was trying to sell.
