The service is always great and staff are friendly. Delicious Butter Chicken & Chicken Vindaloo with garlic naan… YUM. I’ve been here a few times and it never disappoints. They painted making it much lighter and bright inside. The soon to come bar will be ready in a few months. Can’t wait!! When they found out it was my girlfriend’s birthday they brought us a delicious dessert. Give it a try!

Run do not walk to this Palace, that’s nestled in the tranquil buildings of downtown Salem! The complimentary pre appetizer was amazing have no idea what the name was but the sauces were amazing! My son got their butter chicken, I got the masala on the medium side and it was TO DIE FOR! The atmosphere is so quaint and the colors are very modern in taste but still bring a wonderful mix of the culture to your table side. We had a wonderful waitress and all the hostess staff were especially amazing! We will for sure be going back!

I had a wonderful experience at India Palace. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. I ordered the Chicken Pakoras, Butter chicken, Garlic naan, Tikka Masala, Dal Makhini, Vegetable Biryani, Lamb saag, All dishes were outstanding. The spices were well-balanced and the portions were generous. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Service was quick, and our server checked in often without being intrusive. This place is big enough for large gatherings. Overall, India Palace is easily one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

The best Indian food I’ve found in Salem! The staff are attentive. The atmosphere is spacious and authentic. The menu offers up all the dishes you would expect. Try the Thali for a broad sampling. I love their garlic naan!

My first time here was last Saturday with a friend and I was so enthralled by the cuisine I came back the next day with my wife. I spent 14 years in Houston and my friends from India took me to their favorite restaurants in the city and I fell in love with Indian cuisine. I’m not sure why it took me so long to visit this establishment. But I’m so glad we did. We love Indian food and this was an exceptional meal for us.
I had the Lamb Curry and my wife had the Butter Chicken. We shared the garlic naan and vegetable samosas. For our entrees we selected the highest level of heat which was perfect for us. The chicken was very tender and the flavor was fantastic. We especially loved the samosas.
Service was amazing and bathrooms are clean.
We are coming back next Sunday .

The food is heavenly, me and my friends shared tons of dishes and were literally in a state of pure peace. Usually we hate when each other reaches across the other for something but we were all doing that, literal arms in each other’s faces, and we did not care. I quote: “Sorry I’m reaching across you” “Bro I don’t care” “None of us do” “Guys this food is like bringing peace among us” etc about how amazing the food is (we were all tweaking). Anyways, we will be back, and we will feast again. Also the waiters are sooo nice, the one we had was very sweet
