They could use an interior design/ furniture refresh, but everything else was great. We started with Old Bay wings. Get the Ranch dressing! It was amazing and made fresh. The salmon with purple sweet potato, pea shoots and avocado aioli was delicious. My husband got the NY strip, which was perfectly cooked. We ended with a chocolate peanut butter explosion. Looking forward to our next visit.

If you are trying to decide whether to get the sweet potato fries instead of the regular fries with your already fairly expensive sandwich order – the answer is absolutely yes. These were by far the dark horse surprise winner of all the things we ordered: sandwiches, soups, burgers, salads, etc – all of which were quite good – but those sweet potato fries were both special and outstandingly good – how many times can you say that about a side of humble sweet potato fries? Also worth a mention was the super fresh burrata with pomegranite and blackberries. Even the smaller sized portion was very generous and the lighter/tart/sweet/savory combination hit the spot.

Happy we chose this restaurant located in the main square. Our group of 8 popped in on Monday evening, the restaurant was not busy at all. After a little confusion with seating, here comes Savannah to take excellent care of us, which is the main reason for my 5-star review. Savannah WOWed us with her friendly personality, hospitable nature, attentive service & food suggestions were much appreciated. I ordered the summer vegetable farro & added grilled chicken which was delicious. Average pricing, nice menu variety although not an extensive menu, contemporary atmosphere. Would return when visiting the area & will certainly be requesting Savannah when I do!

We had an amazing Valentines dinner. I had the sea bass, my husband had the lamb chops, and my son had the chef’s cut. All entrees were amazing. The service was amazing, and definitely made the night. Wanda and Jess could not do enough to make our evening a fun and wonderful night. They were both super attentive and thoughtful.

Manager Corey has transformed this restaurant. It is amazing just how much improved and creative the food is now. Service and atmosphere is excellent. Sit near the fireplace for a great atmosphere. Bar also has a handsome decor. Prices are reasonable as well. Totally recommend this Gettysburg restaurant.

We ate at One Lincoln this evening and we definitely give it a 10+! We had a party of four and two had the flank steak which was perfectly prepared/cooked. The pork chop was delicious and tender and the salmon was excellent and flavorful. The drinks were exceptional but the winner of the evening was the staff. Our server Sierra was so personable and a total delight. The drinks John, the bartender, prepared were great and the manager Amy was very nice. This was our first time and it definitely will not be our last. Great meal, service and experience!

This was our first visit to Gettysburg. We are in town for a work conference. Our first night we were looking for a restaurant with a variety of cuisines. One Lincoln fit the bill.
Located in the center of downtown situated on the roundabout, it is close to other shops, bars/restaurants and even a movie theater. There is also a bar connected to the restaurant and hotel. Only street parking is available and the meter maid is checking between 8am -8pm.
We visited on the last Monday night in July. The weather was fair so we dined outside and so glad we did. We were able to hear some history of the Gettysburg hotel from the guide leading a walking tour group.
Food selection was great. I ordered the Fruit and nut salad and it was truly refreshing. I noticed it did not have the goat cheese added when I received my meal. I informed our waitress of this and she gladly returned with a side dish of goat cheese. My partner ordered a crab Mac and cheese which he enjoyed.
Our waitress Betsy is a local and was very friendly and hospitable. We look forward to returning again this week for breakfast and lunch/dinner.
