I will give it another shot some day. Agree with many other reviews about the poor and crowded design of the drive thru. Also maybe I should have checked the website or app for a deal because it was so expensive. Having said all that, I still enjoy the chicken and biscuits are so good.

Decided to ignore the reviews and that was dumb. Ordered a chicken sandwich no pickles and a couple of sides. Figured they couldnt mess that up. They gave me a chicken sandwich with pickles. The side of Mac and cheese looked like the employees ate it before giving it to us. Didn’t give out honey or butter for the biscuits. Total disgrace and will not come back. Listen to the reviews, they really are reflective of this location. For reference, the photo of the mac is exact. Took the lid off and that is what we were given and charged for.

I love Popeyes. Was super excited when this was to open. I now understand why it took an extra 4 months to open. Ordered on the kiosk which is fine, day down to wait. Another customer came in and no one would help him. I started to help him with the kiosk, while helping him my order was called as ready. I continued to help this customer as he and I were the only customers in the restaurant beside the drive through. My order was rudely called again, as if the “workers” couldn’t see me helping this gentleman. We finished and I went to pick up my food. I asked for my drink cups and was treated to a large sigh and eye roll as if I were putting them out. Got home, food is correct, but missing the cocktail sauce for the shrimp and 4 mustards (2 of which I paid extra for). Hope this gets fixed and soon.

Asked for 50/50 meal white meat and tenders told her 3 times and they still got it wrong. Got half reg half spicy. Very over cooked!! Also a family meal should have bigger side for the price.

The chicken is on crack it’s Dry small chickens, the mashed potatoes and gravy’s have very little gravy every time we go there, better off going to church chicken down the street. It’s sad we use to love Popeyes now it will be miss

I’m going to preface with the app still has issues so don’t order ahead of time in the app yet. I had an issue where it got placed an hour ahead of what I wanted but the employees were very nice and were still able to make my order. The chicken was fantastic, by far the best Popeyes I’ve had. Based on other reviews here, I’m guessing they had a rough start up (as do all new fast food locations when they open)

We made an order for a drive-through pick up one night when it was close to closing time. We made the order using the app, arrived in the drive-through and had no issues. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I had made a mistake when ordering through the app and they Reassured me it was a glitch on their end and not to worry about it. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful, I said I would do a review and give them a shout out, however, I did lose the receipt that had all of their names on it. So thank you to the Popeyes on 168th and Maple, you are our new go to! Everything was five stars, the only reason I didn’t give the atmosphere five stars is because we did not go inside.

Love that chicken! One of my guilty pleasure, I’m glad they opened up out west. The new location is convenient, friendly, and new.

I love Popeyes chicken and was really excited when one opened near me. In this area, drive-thru lines at fast-food restaurants tend to get extremely backed up, especially during peak hours. When Church’s Chicken opened, their line was backed up from open to close for the first two months.
Unfortunately, my experience at Popeyes was awful. The food was disgusting and not even hot. I took one bite and immediately brought it back. I tried calling the night before, but no one answered the phone. The next day, I went in with my receipt and was told they couldn’t issue a refund. When I asked if they could make fresh chicken, they said yes and had me waiting 15–20 minutes. Eventually, I told them to just keep it.
What really stood out to me was that the manager was outside on the phone when I walked in, and he stayed on the phone the entire time. He’s also the one who told me they couldn’t give me a refund. Based on their online reviews—which are overwhelmingly negative—it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue.
I don’t understand how a fast-food restaurant, especially during peak hours, can operate with a manager who isn’t actively helping or overseeing the process. The food was absolutely terrible, and the reviews reflect that. They seriously need better management.

Hands-down the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The food is always hot, crispy, and fresh, and the service is way better than your usual fast-food spot. The team here actually cares and works hard, and it shows. Super clean inside, quick service, and everything tastes amazing every time. 10/10 recommend
