This used to be my favorite Bojangles in Gaffney.. but now it’s become just as bad as the other one. The quality of service & food has gone downhill. Look at that biscuit, that’s what it looked like as soon as we got it home. It was half wrapped, thrown in the bag. How is that acceptable?

Place order thru drive thru. $35.00 I requested that the two brestfaat combos be in their on bags. They missed one order completely missed part of another order. Everything was just thrown in the big bag. Had too drive back 6 miles to get items I was charged with but was not in bag. On the two combos bagged separate, they just put two empty bags in the large bad. The lady working the drive thru was very very unfriendly and had a bug attitude issue. I’m not one to complain, I just don’t ever come back.

Food was ok. The fries and gravy was hot and very good. The service was friendly. The tables weren’t clean and the staff very loud, but as long they have fun at work it’s nothing to complain about.

This is my second time stopping at this location and it will definitely be MY LAST TIME, first off the crew members are quite rude both times I visited here my food was cold and the crew members didn’t seem to care at all. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE, IM DONE WITH BOJANGLES

They do not acknowledge you when you enter the building and walk up to the counter. I had to ask for service then when I asked if they had what I wanted they didn’t and they did not offer to make more chicken.
