Excellent Mexican food, very friendly service, and a decent atmosphere.
Also, come on Tuesdays for BOGO birria tacos! That’s the best deal.
To start off. The food here is great. The birria tacos and mulitas are so juicy and fresh. The flavor is amazing, and having a consomé to dip them into is the perfect match.
The red and green salsas are both delicious, and make sure to ask for both of them with your items.
I also highly recommend the truffle birria fries. You don’t know what indulgent is until you’ve had this. It’s cheesy, spicy, crispy, and juicy with all the flavors (meat, cheese, onions, salsas).
Service is good and staff were pretty friendly throughout.
The only small issue is that the atmosphere is ok. Bathrooms aren’t that clean, and the general seating area is a little outdated.

It has a sewer smell to the restaurant. If you are into dirty tables with a bad sewage smell well here is your place. One side has been masked off with tape for over 2 weeks. The prices are too expensive for the quality of food and service. You are not served your food so basically for a family to easily spending $70 on tacos you have to walk up and get it yourself like McDonalds. The food is very inconsistent as you can see the eggrolls are very greasy one day, the next chance they were coming unrolled when fried. Don’t waste your time.

Best taco Tuesday deal. Honestly, the Birria tacos are great and they exceptional price-wise, even for a normal day. Also, the nice lady cleaning my table was so sweet. I only understood half of what she said because I can only speak as much Spanish as a 1 year old. But she was so incredibly sweet and spoke as soft as a Disney Princess. 15/10 would go back again.

First time trying Vito Tacos, and it was so tasty. Their birra tacos are very good and the consomme is flavorful. The green Verde salsa is just the right heat, and the red is a little more spicy, both of them i enjoyed. I was the first customer because I was waiting for them to open up at 10:30 am and I’ll be repeat customer guarantee.

I love their egg rolls, are the best ones, and yes don’t expect your typical rolls, this are filled with birria and is super good. The quesadilla was also good, but I got surprised that their horchata is really good, especially to be from a fountain drink. And the ice pop are really good. Definitely my new favorite birria place.

I needed lunch and found this place near my destination. Thankfully I was quite hungry and was able to sample a couple things on the menu. I greatly appreciated that all beef on the menu was berria. The berria egg rolls were a excellent choice. Everything was pretty good. It would be nice if a place like this could be found back home.

We tried them out at EDC last year I believe so this year we went back and saw a Tik Tok of them so why not. The burrito was good but it was also $20 at EDC and like $13 at their actual location we went to and not to mention, wayyyy bigger. I went back to a location closest to the strip as we were leaving back to Denver to get their consome. They were out the second day we went to get food and the first day they informed me they can not add birria to it. I would stick to their normal birria tacos. Their mulita was not that good honestly BUT like I said I went for the consome- it was delicious and had plenty of meat. The red sauce makes it even better I added all 2 of the little to go containers I had.

I got the queso tacos with rice and beans, and chips with queso. The tacos were very good! The right balance of juicy and flavorful, without falling apart. I added the green salsa and it was a perfect addition. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is because the queso with the chips was very ‘meh’ for me personally. I would order the tacos again without hesitation.
