This is THE BEST Taco Bell around! Everything I order here is made fresh. This is why the place seems to be a bit slow with service. I haven’t found another Taco Bell from the Hartford or New London county that is this good. Just be aware that the wait time is a little longer than other places.

Literally the worst taco bell waiting experience ever. The board is broken, staff takes forever to take orders after midnight and then they have you wait over 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of you!!! Absolutely uncalled for

Took over 30min to make our food. We were paying in cash and they didn’t start the order until actually getting the cash. That wouldn’t have been a problem, but no employee asked us to pay once we gave our order for 30min. Then they didn’t give us everything we ordered and we had to point that out and wait even longer. We didn’t have a giant order, and this was not a busy time or near closing time. So there was no excuse for this awful service. We were not even offered anything including an apology for the very long wait. Go to a different location!

I went through the drive-thru today 7/15/25 at around 11:50am, I ordered a crunch wrap and a large baja blast. The cashier Fabiana O, did not give me a receipt so I asked for my receipt. She did not know how to add printer paper to the machine and also didn’t know how to get my receipt. When she did give me the receipt it wasn’t even mine, a completely different order. It took her a while to even give me the receipt and no apologies for the inconvenience. Next time train your employees better.

Went tonight 4/7/2025 around 11pm for a crunchwrap and baja blast, got to the window and the cashier Breanna B asked which sauce i wanted, I said hot and she still forgot to put it in the bag so I had to go back through the drive thru and I told her she forgot the hot sauce and she had the nerve to have an attitude and slam the window closed after. Do your job better instead of being angry with customers!

I love how big they made this burrito. I’ve never gotten a Taco Bell burrito stuffed with this much stuff. They do not skimp at all. Other Taco Bell’s only stuff it half this much.

Very typical taco bell. Oddly the only taco bell that only offers black bean quesorito through app orders. Never had this problem at other taco bells. As for the food, the cheesy bean and rice burrito was dry due to minimal cheese.
Had to decrease this review for the thinnest burritos ever. Ordered a few of the cheesy bean and rice only to find out they were thinner than paper. Does not represent taco bell stamdards.
