Located in the Harris Teeter plaza at the crossroads of Harris Rd & Poplar Tent Rd. It’s a nice place, their menu had a lot to offer. We were with another couple and their booths were tight/snug for the 4 of us. The atmosphere is a little dated. We arrived at 3 PM and their staff from what I saw consisted of 2 people. However, the gentleman who took care of us was very efficient. Quick to take our order, kept our drinks topped, etc. He didn’t keep us waiting for anything. Kudos to him. My wife and I had the pepperoni pizza with double pepperoni and an order of Fries. Our friends had the Italian Special and some wings. Wasn’t a long wait for the food to arrive. Pizzas were hot right out of the oven. Pizza’s outer crust was nice & crispy. Overall a good pizza, but having had a lot of pizzas over the past year I had to give it a 4, only because it wasn’t the best I’ve had. I had to be honest. Fries were very good and hot and the wings as well. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures until we got halfway through our meal then took some pics. Overall, it’s a good place to get a good meal. Give it a try.

I heard great things of this New York style pizza and it was epic. Crispy , hot n yummy pizza, the service was excellent, will took great care of me . The coke was huge and refreshing , the ranch was great, the pepperoni pizza was superb. They have a large selection of items like pasta, oven baked sandwiches , wings, Stromboli, and more Italian dishes. I did pizza by the slice . They serve beer n wine and they have comfortable seating . Clean place, good New York pizza vibes. Employees were kind, hospitable, and working well with each other. I will def be back! Highly recommend!

Worst place I’ve been to in years. Waited 40 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and calzone. It wasn’t busy at all. Waitress was MIA most of then night, we had to request to order and get our bill. Pizza finally arrived BURNT! Another family with us also had burnt pizza. It was so hard to cut. Safe to say, we will never be back.
Update – no fault of Jeff from customer service, but the restaurant has not reached out to me at all to make it right. Definitely avoid this location!

Great service, Isabella was a fantastic server! We had a large supreme pizza,and mozzarella sticks and the wife had an antipasto salad. The pizza was easily the best pizza I’ve had in a LONG time.The dough was in house made and was absolutely perfect. The toppings were all very fresh and delicious!My wife was very happy with the salad. Portions were very generous! This was our first visit,but will not be our last! We’ve got a new favorite Italian restaurant on our list!

Not great but not terrible. Since I just got individual slices, they were basically cheese slices with toppings added on top of the cheese…but no added cheese to keep it all together. The buffalo chicken was tastier but a bit one note. Friendly service for take-out…they messed up my order but were quick to fix it and gave me an extra slice.

Absolutely the best place for a hearty calzone. While their menu features an array of great selections, I was glad I chose the calzone. My friend had a warmed sub, which she quite enjoyed. I look forward to going back and trying other menu items.

We love the food at Johnny Brusco’s and it’s so close to home…which has been a good thing lately. Our last 3 take out orders have either been wrong or missing items and we’ve had to make another trip back to the restaurant. This happened yet AGAIN tonight.
I understand mistakes happen but it’s very frustrating as no one seems to really care anymore. We just get the generic “sorry” and they move on.
