While we were there today, 9/1/24, there was a customer who was leaning over the counter, spitting while he was talking. Alex, your worker, was nothing but professional toward this man. Alex just asked this man to step back and the man refused. He left and then came charging back yelling to see his badge and asking his name. It scared me, but Alex maintained his professionalism. We were very impressed with Alex’s calmness and politeness.
Alex deserves recognition from management.

Placed an order on the app while I was shopping came over after I checked out and waited 15 minutes without a sign of anyone took another 30 minutes of waiting before anyone even showed up. Then another 30 before I even got my food. Worst subway I have ever been to.

You close at 9….I made an order for pick up at 8:30 and it said it was ready went to pick it up and you’re employees said they weren’t going to do it because it was to close to closing time. Maybe update your website if that’s a policy so it doesn’t allow for orders that late or maybe just do your job while you’re open. That’s an idea.

I and my family where very disappointed with this Subway. We are staying at a local hotel near this subway located in the Walmart. I sent a written list of exactly how we wanted our 3 subs and a salad. It seems that 1 sub was missing spinach & banana peppers. The 2nd sub had no mayo on it as well as banana peppers. The 3rd sub had almost no dressing. The salad had no Ranch dressing, no dressing at all, no spinach. The paper had each item written on it. When I called I spoke with the manager. She is who prepared our order. She was given the paper. You’d think if she was having a problem reading anything she should have asked my husband but didn’t. When I spoke to her she said that my husband was right there while she prepared our order. That’s it blame the customer for her inability to prepare an order written out. I have never had to deal with an employee blaming her customer for her mistake. She should not be a manager and if she is unable to fill a written order maybe she should work in a different field.

Only gone to this one twice, the first time went good, but the second time was terrible. The dude making my wrap put guacamole on it without asking if I wanted it or not, the two people working kept going back and forth between all of the different customers so the wait took awhile and it felt like I was standing there for awhile with my wrap just sitting on the counter while they went to talk to the other customers in the back of the line. The lady was rude to my boyfriend who was also getting a sub. If you don’t want green cheese and an unwanted wrap full of guacamole I suggest going to a different subway.

edit: The Lady working the counter is extremely rude to elders an older lady asked questions and the lady said it’s right here listed the older lady said I’m sorry I can’t see very well the employee was very mean still even after the elder lady apologized about not being able to see the menu.. the employee was rude. Then this happened during my time eating what I ordered…A guy that works at Walmart comes in hollering to the lady working Where’s my child support money…. I mean i get it The Johnson city Walmart is not in the best areas of the hood but still.. do the research and hire more kind and respectful people.

Every time I go to the Subway at Walmart Johnson City the buns are hard as a rock crumbling. And I go to other subways are not like that. So is it because they sell cheaper at the Walmart store they have old buns. Very disappointed

Very nice service with professional and knowledgeable staff. Blue haired lady who works morning and lunch loves it when you make lame jokes and when you call her and tell her what to make ahead of time, or just talk about your day. She hates getting tips and really prefers if you just hand it to the other friendly (handsome) gentleman who does most of the work and get yelled at all the time for no goddam reason. ten out of ten, would eat there for every meal of the day and tip heavily, of course.
