went for dinner, first time here, everyone was so friendly and kind!! i absolutely loved the food, it was soooo good!! their smoothies, soup, and chicken is the best around, i will definitely be returning, at least once a week haha!! i had the general tso’s chicken and lo mein and my friend got soup, both were amazing, highly reccomend!!

Found out the owner is not Vietnamese at all but so far I have tried Bún Bò Huế (beef noodles Hue style) , Phở , Spring roll, Bánh Mì – The very very specific cuisines from Vietnam, I give them 9/10 as an original Vietnamese am I They did a good job

Latest (12/08/2023): More photos added (Shrimp eggroll were delicious!) Pho U & MI is still very much one of our go to place for delicious, hearty, tasty food with lots to choose from. Tina and all the staff there are very nice, welcoming, polite and provide great customer service no matter how busy they are. They all work hard. Their menu offers a lot of variety from appetizers, to rice plates, Bahn mi, pho, lo mien and more. Even more drinks now to choose from. Smoothies, Boba, ice cream so many other stuff. I always go for my favorite P10 order of delicious flavorful pho with Thai tea. If you’re looking for a good food place with affordable price ranges this would be a place to try. Service is great and fast. They also do call ahead/to go orders. Always a pleasure to come to this place. I added some new photos for everyone.
Update (05/19/2023): Went for another Pho U & MI trip. Absolutely enjoyed it. This time additional new orders to try: Lo Mein with beef, Egg rolls and MilkTea with pop pearls my bf got the strawberry smoothie with no boba or pearls. All delicious. The egg rolls were tasty and the sweet chili sauce had a kick just a perfect combo. As always I enjoyed my well done steak Pho and then had the Lo mein with left overs to take home. Great service as always from Tina and the whole staff there. I should have asked for the guy’s name as well they’re all super nice and great service. He even will help you with the menu if you need suggestions or have questions.
Original post: This has always been one of my favorite spots. First of all the staff are so nice. Great customer service. Warm and friendly demeanor. They always greet you and thank you. Always check if you need anything else. The food is good. Lots of choices on the menu not just pho but a lot of other food you can choose from and drinks as well. This trip I ordered the well done steak pho and the pork rice plate with fried egg but I’ve ordered other foods from this place before as well the Bahn mi sandwiches are all great as well. They have also added a variety of snacks and drinks for those who may want to explore or try some. Now of course this may be foreign to a lot but that’s the point is trying and experiencing if you like it or not. I personally was happy to see these new drinks and snacks added since I rarely see any other variety store in Huntington for products like this. The Red Bean Mochi was good and if you’re not familiar with it you can Google about it to see if it is something you may wanna try. I also enjoyed my mango coconut milk drink with coconut jelly. I bought 2 bottles lol but only posted one coz I already drank the other. Overall I enjoy coming to this place. I wish I knew the lady’s name I think she’s either the manager or owner I’m not sure but she is so so nice and always so cheerful to customers. Their food service and wait staff are all so polite as well which just adds an even better experience. The price for food is reasonable and you get a good amount as well. This restaurant has a large menu with a lot of different Vietnamese dishes. I tried the shredded pork bánh mi and my mom got a vermicelli bowl with stir fried chicken and egg roll – both were very good! The portion sizes are excellent for the price, and service was great!

I was visiting friends from out of town, and one suggested trying Pho U & Mi for lunch. I had some dim sum, pork belly, and rare steak pho with original milk tea. Everything was absolutely delicious!! I have enjoyed a lot of pho in lots of different states. This place is on top of the list. A hidden gem!! I will definitely travel back and visit again. The hostess who took care of us was very gracious and kind. The food came out quickly and was absolutely wonderful! The prices are more than fair for the amount you get!! I definitely recommend stopping in!!

Definitely a restaurant worth visiting if you like authentic Vietnamese food, particularly if you like pho. Ample parking, but the business is tougher to spot; less obvious when compared to other restaurants.

I’m always blown away by how amazing the experience eating here is. The food is phenomenal, the service is super friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy! I’ve been eating here for years and they have yet to perform anything under 5 stars. Even if you don’t like pho noodle soup, they will still have options for you (the options are amazing too).

*Update* I ordered the Combo Meat Cumin Stir Fry with Soup. Absolutely delicious. I didn’t realize there was an additional charge for fried rice instead of steamed rice which made the meal over $20.*
Huge portions. Fairly quick service. Prices are fair to high but again, the portions are excellent. Food is Vietnamese. I got the combo meat(beef, chicken, shrimp) fried rice. My son got the shrimp pho noodle soup. Definitely recommend this place.
